The DJ station has been a hit this month! The youth have been experimenting with many different effects knobs and turntables. It’s an addictive controller with many cool and new features that youth find fun and fascinating. It has been a great to tool for teaching bpm, equalization, and scratching techniques. It has also been a great tool for introducing new styles and and genres that the youth have not yet been exposed to. Watch out for these future DJ’s. LOFI BEAT MAKER

A huge shout out to Larkin! Larkin recently released his first track and it’s an amazing LoFi beat that would fit perfectly into any study beats playlist. Perhaps the most impressive part was that it was fully produced in less than an hour. Larkin is truly passionate about producing music and is now passing on his knowledge to his younger brother, Camper. beat and playing along with a backing track.

Desi is another new member this month and he came to studio with a mission, learn to play the drums and record music like his older sister Lola. Desi can’t wait to learn a new beat. His goal is to practice everyday and every second that he’s in the studio. Desi is working towards writing music and collaborating with others.
