GUITAR MAINTENANCE GAGE Maintenance is just as much a part of musicianship as playing the notes. This month, Gage took the lead in learning the essential skill of restringing an acoustic guitar. Beyond just swapping out old strings, he learned about neck tension, proper winding techniques for tuning stability, and how to safely care for the instrument’s hardware. By mastering this technical routine, Gage is taking greater ownership of N4N gear ensuring the guitars are always ready for the next session.
