ADDICTIVE DRUMS FUN IN THE SUN & MORE!
Jaylahasbeenabusybeeinthestudio.Inthismonth alone, Jayla has collaborated on two projects, wrote her first original song, started a podcast series, and she still has time to practice piano and sing karaoke! Youth from the Girls Rock Austin non profit organization returned to the Notes For Notes studio this month! Sativa in particular was drawn to the drums. She easily spent an hour and a half learning technique, and practicing various drum grooves. Sativa loves listening to all kinds of music from various genres and decades. She aspires to join a bandandbeaperformingartist!

WITHOUT A DOUBT
The Delores Duffie Rec Center hosted a Black History Month Event at the Doris Miller Auditorium. Youth from the rec center presented poster boards featuring influential black figures, poems, monologues, and music. In the picture above, the 7 & under group is rehearsing DoubtbyMaryJ.Blige.



The Delores Duffie Rec Center teens recently made a comeback to the N4N Studio. They love to play basketball in the gymnasium after school, but lately they have been making their wayintothestudio.Theylovetoplaythemany instruments we have to offer including drums, piano,andsynthesizers!
