MUSIC DISCOVERY/SPOTLIGHT SESSIONS: Shaping How Youth Approach Creativity, Risk-Taking, and Self-Belief
Our piano sessions bring older and younger youth together to create, experiment, and share in real-time musical moments. Rather than formal lessons, participants explore the fundamentals through improvisation, collaborative play, and peer-led discovery. These impromptu sessions foster creativity, mentorship, and connection, giving young musicians a space to build confidence, experiment with sound, and learn from one another in a playful, supportive environment.
One of our standout Youth Pro Artists, Makaylah Kay, has been putting in some serious hours at the N4N Studio. She continues to impress, balancing school, life, and her music career with focus, drive, and a growing creative vision. With a wave of new content in the works, she’s an artist to watch. Fans can hear her latest efforts on N4N’s Holiday Sessions 2025 album with “Christmas Mourning,” as well as her powerful single “Conquer.” More music is on the way—stay tuned.
Music Discovery & Spotlight Sessions continue to create space where youth feel encouraged to try, experiment, and lead. Through hands-on experiences like collaborative jam sessions, interactive listening, and creative play, participants are introduced to new ways of engaging with music and with each other. Over time, these sessions help nurture confidence, collaboration, and personal expression, giving young people the freedom to explore who they are and how they want to be heard. The impact extends beyond the room, shaping how youth approach creativity, risk-taking, and self-belief.
