Their experiences are reflective of a study published in Christianity Today. After surveying 16,000 students at 133 schools, Dr. Steven Henderson concluded that around 60% of Christian students who attend secular institutions become less committed to their faith, at least for a time.

Students at Christian colleges report exploring what they believe more than at any other time of their lives as their childhood faith develops into something that will ground them as adults.
