Our Executive Chef and Culinary Team are proud to showcase the very best of the season from our many partner farms, ranches, orchards, and wineries.
Our menus emphasize our commitment to the seasonal, organic, sustainable practices of farmers throughout Oregon. Rather than a specific cuisine, we are passionate about creating a living, breathing menu that focuses on seasonality and preparing dishes that bring out the local, true flavors of the region.
From passed hors d’oeuvres and family-style banquets served tableside, to handcrafted treats, and everything in between, allow our team to create custom menus that your guests will never forget.
When choosing Brasada Ranch, you’re invited to join us for a private complimentary twelve course tasting menu which includes a signature cocktail, wine, and beer pairing to help guide your menu selections.

Our Culinary Team has your entire wedding weekend covered from a rehearsal dinner buffet or welcome reception with passed hors d’oeuvres, to your familystyle reception dinner, farewell brunch, and everything in between, including day-of snacks delivered straight to your suite or cabin.
Our signature family-style dinner combines the elegance of a plated dinner with the shared experience of a large family gathering. This unique and inviting approach to your wedding dinner paves the way for guests to get to know each other and feel like they’re part of your family. Which is, after all, exactly how a wedding reception should feel.
Our Chefs are also pleased to provide vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free alternatives for you and your guests, and with a variety of courses and entrees to choose from, there is sure to be something for everyone to rave about for days to come.

Not only delicious, dessert tables can also provide a visual and edible focal point for your reception. Whether you’re interested in serving our signature s’mores, a variety of cookies, or anything in between, allow the Pastry Chefs at Brasada Ranch to handcraft custom desserts with a focus on quality ingredients and your unique vision in mind.
Our Pastry Chefs will work with you to create the perfect dessert to compliment your day, or take it a step further with a dessert bar. We offer a variety of custards, mini-pies, cookies, chocolates, tarts, mini-cupcakes, and more and will guide you through the design process to make your dream a reality.
Finally, end your evening around the fire with our signature s’mores just the way you’d like them. Featuring local ingredients, decadent chocolate, gooey marshmallows, and graham crackers with the perfect amount of crisp. CASCADE BUNGALOWS
Where mountain air meets modern design, the new Cascade Bungalows offer a heightened experience in a private, adult-only setting complete with a private hot tub, sunken lounge area with fireplace, outdoor porch with comfortable seating and panoramic Cascade views, and modern Scandinavian design with luxury finishes.
Your personal Bungalow includes thoughtful amenities from a curated seasonal breakfast basket delivered each morning to a coffee/tea bar and fridge stocked with complimentary beverage options to a dedicated Ranch Rover to explore the property during your stay.
The Cascade Bungalows are located centrally, just steps from the adult-only Cascade Pool with luxe loungers and iconic veiws. Bungalows sleep two adult guests and are dog-friendly.
RANCH HOUSE SUITES & GUESTROOMS
The private and romantic Ranch House Suites and Guestrooms offer breathtaking panoramic views of the Cascades right from your room. The Ranch House is ideal for couples, and includes access to a private oversized firepit and hot tub.
Ranch House is also positioned right at the heart of The Ranch, allowing for easy access to The Barn, Trestle Bridge and Pond, and Ranch House restaurant right downstairs. All other venues are just a short walk away.
The four upper Suites and four lower Guestrooms provide adult-only lodging, luxurious king beds, in-room fireplaces, private decks or terraces, and upper Suites include soaking tubs. Rooms sleep two adult guests.
LUXURIOUS CABINS
The modern Cabins at Brasada Ranch blend rustic elegance with casual sophistication and may be booked as one, two, three and four-bedroom cabins. Set perfectly in the natural environment of the High Desert, these cabins are perfect for large groups.
Sprinkled throughout The Ranch, cabins can be booked together to ensure that large families are able to stay near one-another, and with units ranging from 1,005 to 2,664 square feet, there’s plenty of space for gathering.
Each cabin features home style ambiance with an open floor plan, spacious deck with BBQ grill, living room with fireplace, dining area, and gourmet kitchen. Most cabin styles also have private hot tubs. Cabins sleep up to eight guests and have dog-friendly options.
DOG-FRIENDLY
We know its important for all family members to be included in your special day, and we welcome dogs on property so that they can help you celebrate your wedding weekend as well.
Our dog-friendly accommodations include our Cabins and Cascade Bungalows and come with a few extra treats for your furry friends. During your stay, we invite you to enjoy the many walking paths, miles of soft trails and panoramic views with your dog.
