Year 9 tent practice

On Monday the 6th of February, we followed Mr Devine to the shipping container storage room, fearful that he would trap us inside but he instead pulled out a tent! We went to the oval and he gave us a simple instruction: unpack and build the tent.

The rabble and shamble of spreading the tent out, pushing the pegs in, and simply making the structure of the tent. It was the biggest competition of our lives. Every team for themselves. With pressure building, I believe every team broke at least something from their pack.

The fun experience came to an end as we packed up the tents and looked forward to building them at camp next week.
