TANKLESS WATER HEATERS
A comprehensive introduction to tankless water heater technology, explaining how these systems function and the key differences between non-condensing and condensing models. Participants will explore the advantages of tankless Todd Dean systems over traditional water heaters, including continuous hot water, superior energy efficiency, space savings, and long-term value. The course also covers proper sizing, recirculation options, and essential installation practices to ensure peak performance and reliability, while highlighting the increasing return on investment as tankless systems gain popularity in residential applications.

John Brooks has over 20 years of insurance experience in Louisiana, working for both regional and national providers. He graduated from LSU with a BA in Mass Communication.
Based out of the Louisiana Home Builders Association General Liability Trust Baton Rouge office, Chase James has been the GL Trust’s sole claims adjuster since 2018. Chase is also a 2017 graduate of Southern University Law Center and a licensed attorney in the State of Louisiana.
Danushka Nanayakkara-Skillington is the Assistant Vice President for Forecasting and Analysis at the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). In this role, she leads the Forecasting & Analysis section within NAHB’s Economics group, overseeing areas such as housing market analysis, industry surveys, and
the development and maintenance of national,regional, and long-term forecasts, including remodeling expenditures Danushka serves as a member of the Joint Advisory Board of Economists for the Commonwealth of Virginia. She holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and business administration from Otterbein University and a master’s degree in applied economics from Johns Hopkins University.
