North Morrow Times, Thank you for the opportunity to share the fun we had while preparing our 13th Annual Community Thanksgiving Celebration. We were sponsored by our generous community businesses and churches. We served almost 400 meals this year. Many, many amazing volunteers helped prepare, serve, and clean up. It is always amazing to see how much our volunteers love reaching out and caring for our residents in Boardman and surrounding areas. We would like to recognize the Port of Morrow who graciously allowed us to use their Riverfront Center facility this year. The City of Boardman invites all residents and interested parties in the Boardman area to our Meet and Greet Event on Wednesday, December 15, 2021 from 5:30 – 7:00pm. Attendees will have the opportunity to meet the top candidates for the Deputy City Manager position who will be introduced at 6:00pm. Light refreshments will be served to all attendees.
