Line dancing is a fun way to get some exercise for both your body and your mind, and you don’t need a partner to do it! No prior experience is necessary. You will learn beginner dances in a step-by-step process. For ease of moving around on the floor, it’s recommended that you wear either slick shoes or “dance socks” that go over the toes of your shoes. Several pairs of these socks will be available to borrow during class. This session will include 6 teaching classes plus the July Senior Dance.

Crown B Bison Ranch has an amazing experience to offer you! We will get to experience a safe and up-close encounter with a view of the majestic state and national mammal! We’ll be able to meet the herd, hand feed bison and learn how bison helped shape the ecosystem of the Great Plains. This is an experience like no other! They have a small gift shop, and you can purchase meat at their ranch or order it online prior to the trip and pick it up when we tour. You would need to bring a small cooler for your meat. It would be good to bring some sunglasses and a hat.

Grab your partner in crime, hop on the bus and you’ll be immersed in a melodramatic look at mob homes and hangouts, turf wars and infamous crimes like the Union Station massacre. Come dressed in your best gangster attire or dress from the 1920’s and 1930’s and enjoy the whole experience! We will have a mouthwatering Italian meal together when we return to the center. Don’t worry about the heat, because we will not be outside except to get on the bus and off the bus. There will be very little walking for those of you that are limited to walking, this would be a great trip for you to enjoy!
