North Carolina’s first AC Hotel opened in North Hills in 2017, between Bank of America Tower and The Dartmouth Apartments. RENAISSANCE RALEIGH NORTH HILLS HOTEL

Renovations completed end of May 2017, which included: guest room soft goods renovation, transformation of the lobby, lounge and restaurant, an expansion of the Inner Terrace to accommodate larger meal space for corporate meetings and additional reception/social event space. Additionally the Renaissance Ballroom and conference rooms have been updated to convey the Hotel’s new story that artfully taps into the newly desired guests’ wish to connect, engage, and insert themselves comfortably into their surroundings. This redesigned hotel brings the outside/in and work/play concepts into one beautifully chic, highly functional, truly Raleigh, experience which mirrors its ideal location centered within Midtown.
