Midtown Green offers spacious studio, one and two bedroom apartment homes with views of beautiful Coastal Credit Union Midtown Park and surrounding neighborhoods. Luxury finishes include high ceilings (14’+ in penthouse residences), granite countertops, two-inch blinds, and vinyl plank flooring throughout. Residents of Midtown Green also enjoy a variety of community amenities, including a 24-hour fitness center with cold towel and water station, yoga studio, and fitness on demand digital classes; resort-inspired saltwater pool featuring gas grilling station, outdoor shower, festival lighting, and cabanas; and resident lounge with coffee bar, poker table, smart TVs, PlayStation IV, and iMac computers. In 2020, Midtown Green plans to refresh the community with roof repairs, new paint on the exterior doors, and updated courtyard and fitness center amenity spaces.

ALLISTER

NORTH HILLS APARTMENTS

Allister North Hills offers studio, one, two, and three bedroom apartment homes. The apartments are well appointed with two distinct interior finish options, granite countertops throughout, generous closet space, and balconies or extended sunrooms in every floor plan style. Amenities include two saltwater pools, an upgraded fitness center with row room, fire pits, a life-size chess set, and much more. In 2019, Allister began repainting all exterior building breezeways, and expects to complete this project in Spring 2020. The pet spa has been updated with modern finishes and upgraded facilities, and enhancements to the clubhouse and model apartment will be complete by February 2020. The community has also refreshed its brand with an updated logo, color palette, and marketing materials, and launched a new property website in January 2020.

THE DARTMOUTH

NORTH HILLS APARTMENTS

The Dartmouth, located in the Park District, is a 171-unit community comprising five residential levels atop a two-level parking deck. The modern design of the Dartmouth’s studio, one, two, and three bedroom homes includes Nest thermostats, plank flooring throughout, granite countertops and built-in closets. Ample community amenities include a fully-equipped fitness and yoga studio, outdoor courtyard with saline pool, TV lounge, grills and firepit, with private gated parking. In 2019, The Dartmouth updated their dog spa with new paint and equipment, painted their common areas, and replaced the outdoor orbit lounger cushions. Community enhancements planned for 2020 include additional outdoor furniture cushion replacements, updating hallway carpeting, and updating the model apartment.

THE CARDINAL

AT NORTH HILLS

A full-service rental Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) on six acres in the Park District at North Hills offering multiple lifestyle choices designed to promote independence, dignity and an engaged way of life.

The Cardinal offers a mix of independent living, assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing care. The 60 private residences in healthcare or Pines at The Cardinal opened in 2017 and all 15 of the skilled nursing private residences are Medicare certified.

PARK CENTRAL

In January 2020, the community also began offering valet dry cleaning services to its residents. This 286 apartment home community features over 36,000 SF of ground-floor retail space, including Vita Vite, Kilwins Ice Cream, Orangetheory, CycleBar, Midtown Yoga, Arrow Haircuts, and Happy + Hale. Alara & Zane will also be opening on site in early 2020.

High-end apartment features include keyless entry, Nest thermostats, plank flooring, quartz countertops, glass backsplash, and stainless steel Energy Star appliances. Unique features of the skyline apartments include undercounter wine coolers, floor-to-ceiling windows with sunshade blinds, and glass-rail balconies with views of Coastal Credit Union Midtown Park and Downtown Raleigh.

Park Central’s incomparable community amenities include a Sky Deck with saltwater pool overlooking Downtown Raleigh; three courtyards with grills, fire pits, and dining areas; two clubrooms featuring billiards, smart TVs, poker and pool tables; and fitness center featuring cardio, Peloton bikes, CrossFit, strength equipment, and a rowing room.
