No Bake Pie

Holiday or not, this special pie is a real ShortCut Cook recipe. Try it, you’ll love it!

• 1 ready-made Graham cracker crust

• 8-oz. container, whipped cream cheese

• 12 oz. container, real whipped cream

• 2 tablespoons sugar or Raw Stevia

• 8 oz. fresh strawberries

• 3 medium kiwis

• 1 small peach, or 1 small can of peaches, drained

• 1 small can pears, drained (optional)

• ½ cup red seedless grapes

• ½ cup almonds, crushed

Using a medium size bowl, mix cream cheese, whipped topping and sugar. Cover the inside of the crust with filling.

Meanwhile, wash all fruit and remove stems from strawberries and grapes. Peel Kiwis, slice all fruit in half. Layer strawberries, kiwi slices, peaches, and grapes on top of filling. Using a circular pattern, starting with the strawberries on the outside layer, working toward center until the entire filling is covered.

Sprinkle with almonds. Whew---You’re done. Cover with nonstick wrap, and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Voilà, it’s ready to eat. It’s my favorite spring or summer dessert. No heating up the oven!
