Our expertise started in a small wood shop in Toronto over 30 years ago. Our growth moved us to Schomberg, ON, a beautiful location with 3 buildings situated on 14 acres. Although surrounded by rolling fields and historical barns, our manufacturing facilities incorporate the latest in advanced production technologies to keep our products on the cutting edge of craftsmanship and quality.

THE ARTISANAL APPROACH
At Northern Wide Plank we believe in the artisanal approach when it comes to crafting a specialty wood floor. This means each floor is made to order with an average time of 5 hours spent by our craftsmen on each plank throughout the process.
All our lumber is kiln dried, cut and sorted for making a stable and durable hardwood top layer that translates into a versatile engineered wide plank floor.
All our specialty wide plank floors are skillfully made by our craftsmen, with a focus on preserving and enhancing the natural characteristics of the wood.
When it comes to finishing, we choose the most organic products that accentuate and enhance the natural beauty that combine both aesthetic and function.
