JUNE IS KEEP YOUR Health ON TRACK MONTH
AHHHHHHHHHHH CHOOOOOOOOOOOOO! With what feels like winter in full swing already, now is the time to really focus on our health and wellbeing, keeping away colds and flu and managing both acute and chronic health conditions like high blood pressure, diabetes, sexual health, hearing loss, mental health, arthritis, good dental health, continence and so much more.
June is our Keeping your Health on Track Month with daily social media tips and advice on staying healthy and living well and we’ll share daily posts on the Salisbury City Centre social media to support you.
