THE AWS CLOUD SUPPORT SPECIALIST APPRENTICESHIP HAS BEEN DESIGNED TO EQUIP LEARNERS WITH A SOLID FOUNDATION OF CLOUD COMPUTING AND THE CORE SKILLS NEEDED TO PERFORM THEIR DUTIES AS AN IT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN.

Role Profile

An AWS Cloud Support Specialist’s role is desk-based and revolves around system user queries and resolving faults in a helpdesk environment. AWS Cloud Support Specialists are expected to rectify or escalate faults swiftly, to mitigate internal and external impact.

Entry Requirements

• 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades, 4+ (A-C) in any subject

• GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)

• Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject
