FOR 2020 AND BEYOND

The CSSH Pandemic Teaching Initiative uses the radical disruption brought about by COVID-19 as an opportunity to deepen learning about pandemic-related issues from the perspective of the social sciences and humanities. Created by Northeastern University faculty, these modules, each of which contains approximately a week’s content for an academic course, explore topics related to pandemics — their disruptions and impacts — in the field of the faculty member’s expertise.

TEACHING MODULES INCLUDE:

• Introductions with learning goals • Lessons and videos • Resources and bibliographies • Suggested assignments

Access the modules at bit.ly/CSSH-pandemic-teaching

Modules are available to the general public through a dedicated website, and to the Northeastern community and campus network — faculty, students, and alumni — and to other academics with access to the Canvas Commons.

The library will grow over time as modules on new topics are added.
