Music Makes Me Happy Chorus Umbrella Arts Center, Concord – Adults with Disabilities ($275 per session; 20+ hours per session) Chorus comprised of adults with special needs, volunteers, a director, and a pianist. We meet each week at the Umbrella Arts Center to sing and socialize together. We present two sing-along concerts each year, with additional performances throughout the community. The audience is invited to join us by singing with us at our concerts. Music Makes Me Happy, Inc. private, non-profit human service educational organization dedicated to enriching the lives of people with developmental and physical disabilities through music. Minute Man Arc Recreation & Family Services ��
Minute Man Arc, Concord ($25 - $240 per activity)
Recreation: A broad array of programs that support families caring for a loved one who has developmental disabilities Recreation for ages 16 and older offers a variety of enrichment activities including bowling, fitness, chorus, ceramics, hip hop dance, yoga and Special Olympic sports. Programming is designed to help individuals reach their personal goals, improve health and wellness, and create opportunities for socialization. Recreation helps aging or working families seeking respite for their adult children who live at home and individuals who live semi-independently who can feel isolated outside of their work or day habilitation programs. Family Services: Caregiver Trainings are free presentations on topics of interest to families who have a loved one with a disability. These trainings are an important source of information that support families in making informed decisions about their child’s life, adopting best practice caregiving and providing a networking forum for families managing similar circumstances. SNAP Sing-Along Chorus
Lexington Community Center, 39 Marrett Road ($280 per 4-month session)
Participants should be 18-80 years of age There are two sets of rehearsals One group meets on Mondays from 6:30-8:00 PM, and the other meets on Wednesdays from 6:30-8:00 PM There is no difference between these two rehearsal groups other than the day of the week on which they meet When the SNAP Chorus performs in public, the two groups combine and perform as a single chorus The rehearsals take place at the Lexington Community Center in Room 242.

The Nature Connection ��������80 Baharrell Street, Concord
The Nature Connection provides people of all ages, abilities, and those who are largely isolated from the outside world throughout Middlesex County, opportunities to experience the therapeutic influence, educational power, and transformative presence of nature. Through regular visits, The Nature Connection provides therapeutic and educational nature-based programs. Participants engage with plants, small animals, natural materials, and expressive arts. Our programs utilize evidence-based practices and are based on the understanding that being connected to nature is essential to the human experience.

The Network: A Social Networking Program for Neurodiverse Young Adults ��������UMass Lowell, Virtual on Discord ($100 annual fee) The Network is a social networking program for neurodivergent adolescents and young adults aged between 18-30 years Members typically identify as autistic and/or as having ADHD The goal is to provide an opportunity to meet others and hopefully make connections The Network meets in-person on the UMass Lowell campus on the first Wednesday of the month 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm At this same time, a parent group meets as well. The Network meets virtually on Discord on the third Wednesday of the month 6:00 pm7:30 pm.
