EPIC The Most
Event in Real Producers History publisher’s note On November 17, DFW Real Producers will be hosting our first ever black-tie awards gala called the ESPE’s! I am not going to lie; I am wildly excited about this event. I have wanted to do it for a while, and I am so excited that it is finally happening! Being that it is November, the month of Thanksgiving, I suppose a more appropriate and equally accurate word choice would be that I am so thankful for this incredible community that makes it even possible to have this kind of event. If you recall, Real Producers here in DFW as a whole almost didn’t happen. When I moved here from Minnesota in February of 2018 to launch North DFW Real Producers, the OG RP here in DFW, I was very close to failing and almost turned around to go back home to Minnesota. But, thankfully, the community started to grow and take shape. The gratitude I have for the first few agents and businesses that truly supported Real Producers from the beginning is unmatched. If it weren’t for them, Real Producers wouldn’t exist here, and we certainly wouldn’t be having the ESPE Awards in a couple of weeks! The ESPE’s is a first on many fronts. It is not only our first ever Awards Gala, but it is also the first time

that we are bringing together all three Real Producers Communities: North DFW, Dallas, and Tarrant, for an unforgettable combined event. As I write this, anticipation is feverishly growing inside of me! At 7 pm, we will be starting the awards ceremony where we will be presenting ten different ESPE Awards. At the time of writing this, we have already had thousands of people vote on these awards. The real estate community is sincerely pouring into this event! I would be remiss if I didn’t give a special thank you to our RP Vetted business partners and especially those who are sponsoring this event. As you know it takes a lot of time, money, and talent to throw an event like this, and it wouldn’t be possible without them. From the bottom of my heart, thank you! Well, ladies and gentlemen, it is almost time. Our team cannot wait to get all dressed up and to celebrate with you from 6-9 pm on November 17. It will be a night to remember! See you at the ESPE’s! MAGAZINE
RELEASE PARTY August/September 2021 Starting in 2021, Real Producers is now doing mini-magazine release parties! In attendance for these events, we will have those real estate agents and businesses that were featured in the previous issue or two along with a few non-featured advertising partners. This was our fourth magazine celebration party this year, and, like the last three, it was an absolute blast! At this event, we showcased the August and September 2021 issues. These events are such a
fun way to debut the magazine and connect with a smaller group of incredible people. Congratulations again to Nicole Andrews, Tom Bishop, Jenny Cloud, Dawana Quintana, Corey Booth, Matt Scobee, Christian Johnson and Lisa Peters with Caliber Home Loans, and Rebecca Lombardo of TruPlace. Our team feels very grateful to have had the chance to share your stories and celebrate with you. We look forward to continuing these smaller celebrations in the months and years ahead!

BLAKE
Phillips
FAITH, FAMILY, DAD JOKES, AND DALLAS REAL ESTATE DAD JOKES, BRUTAL HONESTY, SELFLESSNESS, AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL ARE WHAT IT’S ALL ABOUT.
This is the spirit and personality that Blake Phillips shows up with at showings, listing presentations, and real estate meetings. As broker/owner of Dallas Living Realty, Blake is fueled by the desire to help people — to pour himself into every transaction, putting his clients’ needs above everything and getting to know people along the way. “I’m a curious person. I like to meet with people and hear their stories. When it comes to looking at houses, every property is unique. I love discovering the little nuances as my clients and I explore homes during showings. Some are more straightforward properties, while others have hidden staircases and surprises,” Blake explains. “Sometimes those little nuances create challenges, though. The process can become complicated. But it’s my
realproducersmag.com
job to make it as easy on my clients as possible… to facilitate, educate, and assist them throughout the entire transaction and beyond. The most fulfilling part of my business is knowing that the people I serve are genuinely happy when the job is done … That’s what gets me up in the morning.” SPIRIT OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP
The bug to create and be an entrepreneur has always been part of Blake’s DNA. “My dad was in the U.S. Army and we moved around from place to place, though most of my childhood days were in Northern Virginia near Washington, D.C.,” Blake says. “My first job at age 12 was refereeing soccer games. I also started mowing lawns in the neighborhood. I enjoyed making my own money and spending it on important things like Garbage Pail Kids, RC Cars, and Nintendo Games.”
As he grew up, Blake’s talents took him places. When his family moved to Austin in 1992, Blake finished his senior year of high school at Westlake High. During that time, his experience playing soccer paid off and he tried out for, and made it onto, the football team as a field goal kicker. He enjoyed kicking so much that Blake even played as a back-up field goal kicker on the football team at TCU, where he was a member of the 1994 Southwest Conference champion team that played in the Independence Bowl. Ultimately, though, school wasn’t his priority and Blake left TCU and went, “…the community college route. I took the long road in college. I got into the restaurant business waiting tables at a number of restaurants,” Blake remembers. “Professionally, I was a very late bloomer and didn’t find my footing for a number of years.” MOVING FORWARD
In 1998, Blake opened his own mobile car wash and detail business in downtown Fort Worth.
Dallas Real Producers • 17
“I would operate the business in different parking garages each day that were connected to the office buildings,” he says. “I worked with doctors, lawyers, stockbrokers, and even a U.S. congressman. People recognized me as the ‘Car Wash Guy.’ I had some day-laborers who worked with me consistently, and I had a good little business for about four years.”
“That gave me consistent paychecks and my first real ‘profession.’ But during that time, I made sure to maintain my license and did a couple of real estate transactions each year to stay current,” he remembers. REWARDING LIFE
But in 2001, Blake decided to go back to school to finish up his degree, knowing that he didn’t want to wash cars for the rest of his life. He enrolled at Texas State University in the spring of 2002 and worked full-time at Barton Creek Country Club in Austin to pay his own way through school. In 2005, he graduated. “I was 30 years old. It took me a while to get there, but it was one of my proudest accomplishments,” Blake says with a smile. After school, he moved back to Dallas/Fort Worth. As he started the new chapter of his life, Blake waited tables and poured his energy into ramping up his real estate career. “I started in real estate in 2006,” he recalls. “I was younger and worked hard to learn the business, but I didn’t know what I didn’t know and struggled to gain any momentum. Then the downturn in the real estate market occurred in 2008.” At that point, like many, Blake shelved his real estate dreams for a time, instead opting to take a job working in the oil and gas industry as a landman.
18 • November 2021
There were other highlights along the way, including getting baptized, meeting and marrying his wife, Mandi, and starting their family together. “In November 2007, I was baptized by my best friend’s father who was a pastor at a church in Granbury. That means a lot to me. I hadn’t grown up in a religious home,” he says. “Now, Jesus Christ is the center of my life and it’s what my wife and I try to model to our children. I hope I live my life in a way that is glorifying to Him by treating all people with love, selflessness, and 100 percent honesty.” Eventually, it was time for real estate to play a larger part in Blake’s life again. “In early 2015, my project with oil and gas was cut as the whole industry sharply declined,” Blake recalls.

Dallas Real Producers • 19
“We had our 14-month-old daughter at home and my son was on the way four months later, so I opted to start my real estate business up again full-time in April of 2015.” The results Blake has created for his clients and their families since 2015 have been impressive. But more important to him than the number of transactions and sales volume is another number. That meaningful number is about client satisfaction. In fact, through the years he has only received one review that was less than five stars. Today, in addition to his growing residential real estate business, Blake also is growing his efforts in property management. Along the way, those who work with Blake respect his straightforward, dependable, old-fashioned way of doing business.
“Although I certainly use modern technologies, I feel like I operate my business the way someone might have back in the 1950s … with a handshake, looking someone in the eye, and treating people with respect and honesty,” Blake says. “It doesn’t hurt to mix in a dad joke from time to time, too.” FOUNDATION IN FAITH AND FAMILY
Away from work, Blake and Mandi continue to build on their nearly ten years of marriage. “Mandi is an attorney, yet she still does an amazing job of keeping the home fires burning,” Blake smiles. “She and I lean on each other a lot in my business and in our lives. I couldn’t do this without her. We are a true team.”
20 • November 2021
They treasure time with their two children — 7-year-old daughter, Hanna, and their 6-year-old son, Grant. In his free time, Blake has a passion for taking an active role in his children’s activities, coaching both their soccer teams and being active with Mandi in their children’s elementary school. In fact, Blake is Chair of the Garden Club at the school. He also enjoys putting his landscaping skills to work at home, as well. In addition, Blake maintains a very active lifestyle, playing golf, pick-up basketball, and enjoying mountain biking whenever he can.
Church is a central part of life for the Phillips family, too. They recently started at tending Northway Church in Dallas and plan to plug in as much as possible. As Blake moves forward in life and business each day, he does so with deep, genuine gratitude. As he emphasizes, “God has blessed me exponentially more than I could have ever imagined. I’m only 11 years removed from waiting tables. I have to stay humble because I am so incredibly fortunate to have my faith in Jesus Christ, my wonderful family, and a business I love.”

HERO NATION POURING INTO THE WHOLE PERSON If you imagine you’re on a path through life, you have a potential—a capacity to achieve the greatness that’s within you. But what happens when that potential gets obscured, covered up, and subdued through life? How do you get back? That’s where Wayne Salmans and The Hero Nation leap in to walk alongside you and help you find the steps that reveal your path forward. “At The Hero Nation, we’re coaching to the whole person and helping them get clearer on where they want to go and helping to empower them to get there faster and with fewer bruises,” Wayne explains. The Heart Coach
If you were looking for a title for Wayne, it would be “Coach,” but he carries out that role with an important distinction. In fact, Wayne is also known as The Heart Coach. “Coaching here isn’t about fixing. It’s about getting people back to who they are and helping them move ahead,” Wayne emphasizes. “We really want to coach the whole person … helping people building a business they enjoy and that they’re proud of.” While Wayne works with people from all walks of life, he estimates that over 60 percent of those he works with are in real estate. Radical, Unapologetic Success When you talk with Wayne, you instantly hear the passion in his voice that reflects the results he helps people achieve. “What I love is helping people reach what I call radical, unapologetic success. I love seeing the light come on and seeing people pursue what’s right for them … not how they think they should be building and discovering what that actually looks like for them on their own individual journey,” he says.

“When I say the goal is to help people reach ‘unapologetic’ success, that doesn’t mean anything to do with ego. What it means is that you are choosing a path that you know is right for you — not what other people think you should do,” Wayne points out. “It’s that feeling where you say, ‘I’m going to do me, even if you think it’s crazy.’ What I love the most is helping people see their own greatness and then helping them tap into their version of radical, unapologetic success.” Rising Above
While Wayne is an accomplished coach and has helped many people move forward in life, one of his greatest qualifications is the fact that he almost stopped his own journey years ago. “About ten years ago, I was selling a lot of houses and I had a lot of success,” he recalls. “Things looked really great on the outside, but I was at war on the inside. As a result of that internal war, I lost everything and hit rock bottom in a very hardcore way … to the point where I almost took my own life.” In those dark moments, there was the light of realization. “It hit me when I was in that state that no one was coming to save me. It was the moment where I knew I was the only one who could save me. I learned the importance of being your own hero,” he says. “I’ve got to be my own hero, and I need to get my life and heart in alignment.” Step-by-step, Wayne discovered his purpose and pursued it with passion. “Now a big part of my fulfillment is helping others be their own hero so they can be the mom, dad, business owner, or whatever they want to be in life,” he smiles. It’s an ongoing path. It’s not a destination. “Being a hero is not a one-time thing,” Wayne explains. “And it’s not a noun. It’s a verb, and it’s ongoing.” The Heart of Life
Away from work, Wayne treasures the time he spends with his family, including his wife, Brittany, and his children — Gideon, Maddox, Keza, Hudson, and Hadley. In their free time, Wayne enjoys watching hockey and playing games with the kids. He also has a heart for helping others in the community. One of the groups that is near and dear to his heart is Family Promise. “It’s an outstanding organization that helps families who are experiencing homelessness,” he explains. “It can happen very quickly to people who experience difficulty who don’t have a lot of outside support to help them.” Empowering Excellence
As Wayne says, happiness in life is the by-product of tackling great problems and being thrilled in knowing you’re on the right path. 26 • November 2021

“It’s the result of putting your head on the pillow and being proud of who you are and what you did that day,” he says. “I think success is different for everyone. Nothing breaks my heart more than seeing someone create a success that they hate. For me, it’s finding the balance of being thrilled with who I am … and yet I want to be better tomorrow … it’s about growing along the way.” The midst of a pandemic can be a daunting time. Yet, there’s no time like the present.
28 • November 2021
“Right now, as we look at where we’re at as a country, a lot of it is having people create the new normal and not returning to an old normal,” Wayne says. “I say, ‘What do you want your new normal to be?’ I really want people to walk away with the ability to say, ‘Here’s what I learned.’ I believe the only thing worse than going through a pandemic is going through a pandemic and not learning and adjusting.” As Wayne reflects on the difference he makes with others, he thinks about his path and the feeling of giving back.
“It thrills me to work with people. There’s nothing more exciting. At the same time, I feel like I’m fulfilling part of my own path,” he smiles. “So many people have helped me and poured into me along the way, and so it feels good to know I’m doing my part to help others. If people say, ‘Wayne didn’t inspire me. He empowered me. He helped me see my own greatness and how to tap into that.’ I want them to say, ‘I’m proud of who I am and what I do, based on the clarity that he was able to help me gain.’” For more information about The Hero Nation: Email: Wayne@WayneSalmans.com Website: www.TheHeroNation.com

Each of us has choices … places in our lives where we place our energy. With more options than time in a day, not only can it be difficult to decide how to spend our time, it can literally be overwhelming. As Team Lead of the SEAL Group with JP & Associates, Jenna has faced those same challenging choices. It hasn’t always been easy, but she continues moving forward, prioritizing each day in the ongoing effort to truly live her best life. LEADING THE WAY IN BUSINESS
The passion she has for team building comes through loud and clear. “I love to build successful leaders. That’s the most rewarding aspect of what I do … to lead my team and watch them lead their clients well,” Jenna points out. “Watching the members of my team grow has been one of the most rewarding things I’ve ever done in my life.” Those results definitely continue to mount. In fact, the team is on track to complete around 100 deals in 2021. “Rebekah Harris-Cox is my top-producing agent. Plus, she’s also my sister,” Jenna smiles. “She was a NICU nurse and saw what I was creating could lead to a life of impact and financial freedom through helping others. She is my polar opposite which is why we’ve been able to achieve such great results as a team, plus focusing on the client’s success.” RESETTING HER LIFE
Jenna’s rewarding results in real estate have been the latest chapter is a lifetime filled with hard-driving achievement. Each step along the way, Jenna has been driven to set the bar and lead the way

... … as a student, Watching the members of my team as an athlete, as a grow has been one of the professional dancer, most rewarding things and as real estate profesI’ve ever done sional. Yet her desire to be the best came at a price. “My son in my life. “A lot of entrepreneurs find their identity in how much they’re doing. And they keep doing more and more. It is very dangerous. I lived that way most of my life. In real estate, that was a continuation of something I had struggled with since I was nine years old with perfectionism,” Jenna explains. “There are elements of that drive that are obviously key to becoming successful. But for me, there was a lot of pressure and there was a breaking point. It was me trying to prove to myself that I was worth something. It was me trying to feel like I was worthy through people pleasing. It was me trying to prove my worth to myself. It was an addiction like drugs or alcohol.” As Jenna reflects on her life, she remembers having anxiety at a young age. It became much worse when she was a freshman in college. “From 2008 to 2017, I had over 12 physical injuries that resulted in severe long-term damage … which has forced me to live with chronic pain 24/7,” Jenna says. “The interesting thing was, every time I got an injury or illness, it was a gift. It was like God telling me if I didn’t stop this lifestyle and stop putting off my family and real friendships in exchange for accomplishments, He would make me stop. This isn’t what life is about. You’re leaving behind a legacy. The thing people want the most is your time.”
was born in December of 2015, and it was a big surprise. I didn’t know I could have children. I was working 16 hours a day, seven days a week. When my son was born, he had an airway problem. And, as a new mom, I had gained 100 pounds over a couple years. I was really unhealthy and living in severe chronic pain, and I was still addicted to proving myself at work,” Jenna says. “Everyone on the outside thought things were great. But every single day I was completely overwhelmed. There are only so many tasks and stressful situations you can hold in your head on any given day.” Jenna felt like she wasn’t present for her son, her husband, and other aspects of her life were suffering in the process, as well. “My business was a monster that was taking over every aspect of my life. I felt like I couldn’t quit. I couldn’t take two steps back, because it was such a runaway freight train. I had no idea how to stop the train. That’s when the negativity bubbled to the surface, and I thought maybe it would be better if I wasn’t here.”

meeting the priorities she really wanted. “I realized that you can’t give 100 percent to everything every day. You only have 100 percent that you start with each day, and you have to figure out who you are going to give your time to. I really focused on a different skillset … waking up each day and looking at how the 100 percent would be split up each day. You aren’t going to be perfect every time,” Jenna says. The process of leading a more balanced life is ongoing. “Life is still crazy, and I’m still busy. But my son and my family get my attention now,” Jenna says. “I think it’s good to start each day to set you mind for the day with things like positivity and meditation. For me, it’s reading the Bible. I am a Christian. I went back to my faith over the last few years. In turn, I take the time to take care of myself mentally, spiritually, and physically.” Jenna offers helpful advice for others who may be facing the same issues. “If you’re a top-producing agent, it’s time to delegate to other people. If you aren’t, you need to learn how to do it. Otherwise you will burn out,” she says. “When you become truly successful, you should have a list of things that you say no to, so that you can work on opportunities where you have leverage. Once you have money coming in from your business, that’s when you can hire things out so you can go to the next level.”

A WONDERFUL LIFE
Jenna’s heart and life are made fuller by family, including her husband, Jeremy, and their son, Jayvyn. “Jeremy is my person. It’s like iron sharpening iron. Plus, he is a true bundle of joy who attracts people to him with his authenticity and talent. He is a great choreographer and has worked with artists like Missy Elliott.” In her free time, Jenna returns to her love of dancing, especially Latin and country dancing. She also has a love for kickboxing, being outdoors, and traveling. Those who get to know and work with Jenna appreciate her authenticity and strength of character. “I have a strong personality. But what people perceive as confidence in me is really bravery. I know that for me to grow and get somewhere different, I need to do different things … and I can’t be afraid to do those things,” she says. “People think I have a big personality and that I’m strong, but I’m just a doer. I have the same fears and insecurities as others do.” At the end of the day, Jenna focuses on making a difference with balance. “It’s okay to say no to things if they don’t align with your goals. You don’t have to be the hero and star for everything.”

Focus on what you do well. For example, Elon Musk doesn’t focus on 10,000 different businesses,” she says with a smile. “My saving grace is my faith. I started realizing that I don’t have to do things through my own strength. It says in the Bible that we can tap into God’s strength.” Day-by-day, Jenna makes a lasting impact for others while living her best life.

THROUGH THE EXPERIENCE OF SERVING, YOU LEARN THAT YOU CAN DO MORE THAN YOU THINK YOU CAN … and you learn how to adapt and overcome things in life.
To see the power of that truth in action, you need to look no further than Jim Brosche. As a ranch and luxury home REALTOR® with Compass Real Estate, Jim exemplifies the true spirit of servant leadership. “A favorite part of what I do, especially in ranch and land transactions, is the interaction I have with the buyers and sellers I work with … often they become good friends, even if I’ve been representing the other side of the transaction.”
realproducersmag.com
An All-Around Leader
Leading the Way
Jim has been sharing his real estate expertise with people across the region for the past ten years across a full range of properties — ranging from ranches to residential properties in Dallas and Fort Worth, including luxury properties.
Since then, Jim has played an extremely active role in the region’s real estate landscape. He was one of a very small group who started the ranch and land group for another Dallas real estate franchise and was a top producer before moving out on his own. Since 2019, he’s been working on building a ranch and land presence for Compass Real Estate in Texas, as well as selling luxury homes.
That ability to provide a full range of in-depth quality and service began earlier in life — including with Jim’s service to his country — as a Captain in the United States Army. “My experience in the military was very rewarding and fun. In fact, I’d say I got out as much from it as I gave,” he says. “Through the experience of serving, you learn that you can do more than you think you can … and you learn how to adapt and overcome things in life.” Remembering Those Who Serve
With that in mind, Veterans Day holds a special place in Jim’s heart. “Veterans Day has a lot of meaning for me. My family history fighting for this nation goes back to the Revolutionary War and just about every major one since then,” Jim says. “Veterans Day is an opportunity for us to honor those who have gone before us and who have made the ultimate sacrifice … we need to remember and appreciate them.” Getting His Start
Jim remembers how he got his own start in real estate. “I had sold out of a couple of business interests I had and moved full-time to my ranch in Walnut Springs, Texas. One day, I was out looking for properties to buy and flip with a friend of mine who is a prominent Dallas real estate developer,” Jim remembers. “I said to him I’m going to get my real estate license. He just smiled at me and said, ‘It’s about time you figured that out.’”
“I jumped into that with both feet. I own a ranch, so my experience gives me the ability to provide real-world insights to new and seasoned ranch buyers alike … to help them shape what they’re looking for in a piece of property and to evaluate whether a piece of property is right for them,” Jim points out. “I spend a couple of hours on the front side asking a lot of questions to help them focus on what’s important to them and what they’re actually looking for. The best part is that I absolutely love what I do!” Through time, Jim has earned his share of accolades and honors in the business as a multi-million dollar producer. A Fulfilling Life
Beyond his leadership in the industry, Jim enjoys staying active in life. One of his favorite things is horseback riding. “I have a couple of horses on my ranch that I really enjoy riding … as they say, there’s something about the outside of a horse that good for the inside of a person,” he says. “I also really enjoy working with cattle, going hunting and fishing, and playing golf.” Jim is also instrumental in supporting area youth involved with raising and showing livestock. As a member of the Fort Worth Stock Show Syndicate, Jim is proud to be part of raising funds for the group’s work with local youth.

Each year, the organization is responsible for buying the animals that are shown during the Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo. In fact, last year, the group raised $4.75 million to make those purchases and support young people who have put in countless hours of work and care in raising their animals. Encouraging Excellence
As Jim considers his success in life and business, he offers some helpful advice for those who are getting into real estate themselves. “I think one of the most important things a new person can keep in mind in this business is to become subject matter experts in all aspects of real estate,” Jim emphasizes. “It’s crucial that they keep in mind that this isn’t something that can be done on a part-time basis. It needs to be a passion, so they can represent their clients in the best manner possible. Most importantly, answer your phone!” Those who get to know Jim rely on his expertise and his straightforward, genuine, and fun-loving nature … along with his relentless drive to achieve results. Whether Jim is helping someone find a new ranch, a new home, or stepping up to luxury property, he delivers the same experience of quality and value to all who come in contact with him. Congratulations to Jim Brosche, a true man of integrity and leader who leaves others better off for knowing him … with his true spirit of service.

TONY
GREEN Written by: Dave Danielson Photos by: URSPECIAL
Adding a True Advantage
Your clients appreciate the way you care for them … the way you go the distance for their dreams with them.
Tony Green is someone who excels at that. THE GREEN ADVANTAGE
As a REALTOR® with Compass, Tony adds a true advantage to the lives of people around him. It’s called the Green Advantage — something Tony came up with to help clients move forward in life. “When I first started, the market was doing very well. One thing that really helped me was when I was putting homes on the market that needed work,” Tony explains.
He started putting up some of his own money for updates that needed to be made to some of his listings to help them move a little quicker. “What I do is put in some of my own money for updates like new carpet, countertops, or paint, and then the client pays me back at closing,” Tony says. In addition to helping his clients who are listing, Tony’s efforts have also led to more referrals — as well as an attractive number of days on market before selling. In fact, out of the 600plus transactions Tony has recorded, his properties are on the market an average of 14 days. GETTING A FAST START
I love meeting people and the fact that people have a problem that I need to solve. 48 • November 2021
Prior to beginning his real estate journey, Tony worked in security sales for new construction. It was during that time that he applied some creative thinking to gain leads and sales. “In the security business, there was a lot of competition. So, I started to do things differently. I started going to model homes and got to know the salespeople in my neighborhoods,” he remembers.

“They gave me the names and numbers of those who were going to close so that I could start to have those conversations with homeowners in advance.” During the process, Tony built rapport with a REALTOR® who saw a potential path for Tony in real estate. “I had never thought about being a REALTOR® but others had suggested it to me,” Tony says. Tony thought about it and decided to move forward with real estate. It wasn’t long before he had started his life as a REALTOR® and began building his business. And, after 13 months of ramping up his real estate business, he went full-time. From the beginning, Tony’s accomplishments were remarkable. In fact, in his first year, he recorded 26 deals, followed by an impressive total of 52 in his second year. That record of achievement continues to mount. In fact, in 2020, Tony and his team of four agents amassed 88 listings, along with 42 sales, plus new construction. In the process, he has become the top-selling REALTOR® in the history of his neighborhood. He’s also one of the Top 100 REALTORS® in Dallas/Fort Worth. Tony is truly humble and grateful for those achievements. As he says, “I don’t take credit. Our Heavenly Father is amazing.” HEARTFELT PASSION
The passion he has for the profession comes through loud and clear. “I love meeting people and the fact that people have a problem that I need to solve,” Tony says with a spark.
“No matter how many deals you have, it always seems like the first time because you’re working with someone new. They say, ‘Here’s what I want. Can you help me?’ It makes me feel good having a business that people know about that has a great reputation for helping people … hearing what people say about our team is very important to me.” One of the most rewarding parts of Tony’s career in the business is the small, close-knit team he has. As he says, “My mindset was that having a smaller team allows people to make more money. I don’t have a big revolving door, and they enjoy their work. In turn, they work harder and are able to help their family more.” FAMILY FOUNDATION
Away from work, Tony cherishes time with his wife, Lauren. “Lauren is a big part of the success. She was very patient with me. When I first got in, I had to work a lot of hours to build this up,” he says with a smile. “If it wasn’t for her, I wouldn’t be able to do what I do right now.” Tony and Lauren look forward to time spent with their four daughters, too. “Lauren and the girls are the reasons I do what I do,” he says. “I owe my success to my Heavenly Father and that things are supposed to happen the way they are supposed to.” In his free time, Tony likes to write and sing. He also has ambitions to write a book. Giving back is also one of his favorite things to do … things like going to a local pizza restaurant and giving away pizzas to the first 50 people who show up.
