Fort Worth Real Producers Has
OFFICIALLY LAUNCHED! You heard it right! The fourth and final Real Producers territory here in DFW has officially launched this month! Myself and my team could not be more excited! We have been working hard to make this August launch possible. For those of you receiving the Fort Worth publication, this may be the first time you are hearing about what we are doing here at Real Producers. First off, there is a DFW Real Producers map, as well as FAQ page, in this publication; be sure to check those out for more clarification and details. Secondly, I want to congratulate you for being a Top 500 Producing Real Estate Agent in the Fort Worth Territory! That is out of roughly 15,000 licensed agents. Amazing! In all of DFW, there are 60,000 licensed real estate agents, and we have four RP territories that make up the entire market: North Dallas, 10 • August 2022
Dallas, North Fort Worth and now Fort Worth Real Producers. Each territory has its own publication and own events. Collectively, we now refer to all four as DFW Real Producers. North Dallas (formerly named North DFW Real Producers) was the first one to launch exactly four years ago in August of 2018. Our platform and team have transformed and grown considerably from the initial inception of the brand. We have added new articles, events, systems, and team members. One thing that has and will always stay the same is that we are an exclusive community around the highest producing real estate agents and most highly recommended businesses in the market. We believe that who you continually surround yourself with greatly impacts who you become and where you will go in life. We believe that a rising tide lifts all boats,
iron sharpens iron, greatness breeds greatness, and we know that Real Producers is the most elite real estate community in DFW. Our team is continually meeting with our Top 500 Producing Agents, and if we haven’t connected with you yet, it may happen soon. Feel free to reach out to us, as we would love to get you more integrated into our community. We look forward to getting to know each and every one of you more and more in the months and years ahead. It is our privilege to serve this community. See you soon! Cheers, Jordan Espeseth Owner jordan.espeseth @realproducersmag.com

FAQ ABOUT THIS MAGAZINE
Real Producers magazine started in Indianapolis in 2015 and is now in over 100 markets across the nation and continues to spread rapidly. Real Producers first launched in DFW in August 2018 with North DFW Real Producers (now called “North Dallas”). In May 2019, Dallas Real Producers launched and then Tarrant Real Producers in March of 2021. In 2022, Tarrant Real Producers split into two publications, North Fort Worth and Fort Worth Real Producers. Fort Worth Real Producers will go to print later this year. Q: WHO RECEIVES Real Producers MAGAZINE? A: The top 500 real estate agents in each of the four markets in DFW based on their MLS production for the previous year. Refer to the map in this publication for the exact territories. If your broker address is within that given territory, and you are in the top 500, you will receive that publication for the year. There are approximately 60,000 licensed real estate agents in DFW. The list will reset at the end of every year and continue to update annually. Q: WHAT IS THE GOAL OF THIS MAGAZINE? A: We believe that we are better together. When we surround ourselves with other successful, like-minded people, we grow to new heights. Real Producers is a platform that brings together the most elite individuals in DFW real estate. We take the top 500 real estate agents and RP vetted businesses in every market, and we build an exclusive community around that group. We share their stories, successes, market trends, upcoming events — really, anything that will connect, inform and inspire, we put in our monthly publication. Q: DOES REAL PRODUCERS HAVE EVENTS? A: Yes! Each community will have two main events a year, and then we do a combined event at the end of the year, which is an awards gala called The ESPES. For these events, we invite the top 500 real estate agents and our RP Vetted Businesses. Top 500 agents are allowed to invite members on their team as well. These events are an incredible opportunity to connect with the best of the best in DFW real estate. It is amazing to see the power realproducersmag.com
in the connections made at these events. Be on the lookout for your exclusive invites! Q: WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR BEING FEATURED IN THIS MAGAZINE? A: It’s really simple. You have to be on the top 500 list, and we take nominations seriously. You can nominate other real estate agents, businesses, brokers, owners, or even yourself! Office leaders can also nominate real estate agents. We will consider anyone brought to our attention who is in the top 500 because we don’t know everyone’s story, so we need your help to learn about them. We cannot guarantee a feature, but to increase your chances, we encourage you to meet with one of our team members, support Real Producers, and attend our private events. You can email your nominations to jordan.espeseth@realproducersmag.com. Q: WHAT DOES IT COST A REAL ESTATE AGENT/TEAM TO BE FEATURED? A: Zero, zilch, zippo, nada, nil. It costs nothing, my friends, so nominate away! We are not a pay-to-play model. We share real stories of Real Producers. Q: WHO IS THE RP VETTED BUSINESSES? A: They are one of the best businesses in DFW in their category, and you can find them listed in our index! We don’t just find these businesses off the street, nor do we work with all businesses that approach us. One of many of the top real estate agents has recommended every single business you see in this publication. We won’t even meet with a business that has not been vetted by one of you and “stamped for approval,” in a sense. Our team will further vet every business to ensure they are a good fit and bring value to our community. Our goal is to create a powerhouse network, not only for the best real estate agents in the area but the best businesses, as well, so we can grow stronger together. Q: HOW CAN I RECOMMEND A BUSINESS? A: If you know and want to recommend a business that works with top real estate agents, please email us to let us know at jordan.espeseth@realproducersmag.com. North Fort Worth Real Producers • 13

ALEX
LEE WINNING CONNECTIONS
There are many moving parts in each real estate transaction. But one of those that you ensure stays in one solid place is the bond you enjoy with your clients. In fact, that is the basis for everything else working toward the closing table. That’s the same spirit that Alex Lee works with.
As an associate broker with ERA Cornerstone in Denton, Texas, Alex treasures the winning connections he creates and strengthens with his clients. “That’s what I really appreciate about what I get to do. I love meeting new people. A lot of my business is in my own community … in my neighborhood,” Alex says. “I really wanted to connect with the community. It’s a better life when you get to know your neighbors.” Accelerated Growth
Alex earned his real estate license in 2015. Prior

to that, he grew up in Denton and went to Baylor University for his undergrad degree.
“In the process, I met a bunch of awesome people and made a lot of connections. I didn’t know what I wanted to do with all that. I earned my marketing degree there. One of my roommates’ family members worked at GameStop, and they were setting up a new part of the business,” Alex says. “I went there and worked at the corporate office and helped to allocate iPhones and iPads. I got to interact with the CEO and VPs on a pretty personal level.” By the time he left, Alex was director of wholesale operations for GameStop. “What I learned through that process was that, while I had a great experience, for me, I felt a disconnect with the community,” Alex says. “I moved back to Denton and really wanted to be involved

with local life there. I didn’t really feel like I was a citizen there. I had been going into the office at 5:30 a.m. and getting home at 6 or 7 at night. I really wanted to be more involved in the community.” Finding the Answer
The answer for Alex’s future was on the way to finding him — at a wedding. “I realized I needed a better source of income. I prayed about it. It was a God thing. My broker was at a wedding that I was in. We were both groomsmen,” Alex points out. “We talked about the business, and it felt right. Real estate had always been in the back of my mind. My family was in real estate in Taiwan, as well. My broker, Ben Burnside, approached me about doing real estate just two days after I started praying about what business I should get into. He said, ‘I would love for you to come to my office.’ He wanted to open up a commercial side. He did a lot of flips at the time. That appealed to me. I wanted to get my hands dirty, and I decided to get my real estate license.” Right from the Start Sure enough, Alex felt good about the change he made from the very start. “Becoming a REALTOR® gave me the opportunity to be more involved in my community,” he smiles. “I wanted to serve my community and got involved on the boards of nonprofit organizations.” Team Mentality
One of the things that Alex appreciates about his work in the industry is the place where he does it. “We have a great team atmosphere, and we cover for each other. Our broker, Ben, has a great mentality for

building a circle of successful people around you who will make you more successful,” Alex says. “I owe my career to him. He helps all of us in creating a bigger pie rather than fighting for the same pie. I don’t see myself ever wanting to leave this office. We also do a bible study together.” There have been plenty of signs of success for Alex. In fact, in 2021, he recorded $14 million in sales volume. And through June 2022, he had already amassed $9 million in sales volume. Fulfilling Family Life
Away from work, Alex treasures time with his family, including his wife, Alexandra, and their children — 11-year-old Hunter and 3-yearold River.
In his free time, Alex looks forward to time hanging out with family and friends. They like going to the zoo together and taking vacations. “The world is so big. I grew up not going on vacations, and I want my kids to experience new places, cultures, and foods,” Alex says. When it comes to supporting his community, Alex enjoys getting involved with Serve Denton, where he had been on the board of directors. Those who have a chance to meet and work with Alex appreciate his trustworthy, honest, and dependable nature … and the way he is totally committed to building truly winning connections with them … bonds that are made to last.

Building More FOR YOU When you have a tradition of providing solid, high-quality service, one of the best things you can do is simply build on it. That’s exactly what Gracie Morrow and her team are doing.
Creating New Offerings
Gracie Morrow Mortgage Group, backed by Thrive Mortgage, is led by Branch Manager and Mortgage Advisor Gracie Morrow. Over time, she has created a new division to provide a more comprehensive set of offerings for their REALTOR® partners and clients. “What we decided to do is to develop this new way of collaborating with industry experts to make the home-buying and home maintenance process easy for clients,” Gracie explains. “What we’re doing includes not only the mortgage service but also insurance and property management.” Gracie and her team have been working on the model since March of this year. “We have a vision of bringing everyone together. There is some confusion and inefficiency in the market. It is all part of the wealth creation process,” she says. “We help them manage that asset in addition to getting the mortgage to purchase the asset.”

They are driven by their clients’ success. It is satisfying to help them not just focus on mortgages but also property management and homeowner’s and renter’s insurance.
As Gracie and her team look to the future, they are continuing to grow. “We are in the process of hiring more support staff and loan officers. What we’re doing will provide loan officers more empowerment,” she points out. “They are driven by their clients’ success. It is satisfying to help them not just focus on mortgages but also property management and homeowner’s and renter’s insurance.” Wonderful Life
Away from work, Gracie cherishes family time with her husband, Aaron Morrow, and their English bulldog, Mojo. Gracie and Aaron have a wide range of free-time favorites, including travel, golf, pickleball, trying new restaurants, and taking in all the area has to offer. Passion for Making a Difference
When you talk with Gracie, it’s easy to see the passion she has for what she and her team are building day-by-day. “I grew up watching my only family members owning rental properties. My husband and I started investing in our mid-20s. Now we have a portfolio of 20 doors in our personal portfolio. We just worked hard and started purchasing those properties one-by-one. The financial freedom here is great,” Gracie emphasizes.
26 • August 2022
“There isn’t enough attention being brought to personal financial freedom. I feel that’s part of my mission. The best way to help the next-gen and community is to be a provider … to have your own stability and financial strength ... and support the local economy. We want to continue to grow our mortgage business. This year has been very different than what we had experienced in the last five years. People are scared, and they need someone they can lean on to get good information.”
They also donate to the local food pantry, including efforts targeted to help at-risk children get enough to eat. When you look for the power of creativity and quality results for your clients, look no further. For more information, contact Gracie Morrow at Mortgage and Beyond! GIVE. SERVE. LOVE.
cover story Written by: Mark Fadden Photos by: Ilona Jade Photography
Many people get into real estate for self-interest. Brian and Tisha White use their real estate business as a vehicle to give generously, serve abundantly, & love gracefully. Gold, God, and glory. Those three words describe the motivations of European explorers in their attempt to conquer the world from the 15th century to the middle of the 18th century. Brian White also uses three specific words as he and his wife, Tisha, build their business in the competitive arena that is the Dallas/Fort Worth real estate market: “Give. Serve. Love. All that Tisha and I do every day, from running our business to serving at Valley Creek Church, to volunteering on charity boards like Rotary International, stems from those three simple words,” Brian said. Born in Memphis, TN, Brian and his mother moved to Texas when he was a young boy. “I’m the only child of a single mother. She sacrificed greatly for my education and showed me what hard work looked like,” Brian recalled. “My mom was an incredibly hard worker; at one point, she was working three different jobs, two during the day, and then she would stock grocery shelves at night. Things weren’t easy, but we never went without. But perhaps the biggest takeaway from that experience was that no matter how hard things got, my mom never complained about it. I was not only raised to see what hard work looked like, but I also saw firsthand the power of strong women.”
realproducersmag.com
North Fort Worth Real Producers • 31
That viewpoint would serve Brian well as he followed his wife, Tisha, into the real estate industry. “We had just sold our house and needed to find a rent house to live in until we made our next move,” said Brian. “The agent that we used saw how gifted Tisha was with design and her innate knowledge of real estate. She asked Tisha to come and work with their team. Within six months, Tisha was convinced that she not only needed to go out on her own but that I needed to quit my job and come with her,” Brian said. “Tisha was convinced that with her design knowledge and her talent for building relationships, combined with my business and marketing acumen, we could build something special together as a way to serve others and serve God.” To celebrate the fusing together of their two talents, they named their new company BlueFuse Group. Both Brian and his wife are very faith-forward and credit God with helping them navigate through the ups and downs of life, including helping them find each other in the first place. “Tisha had a ticket to be on a flight from Dallas to Colorado to visit friends, but the airline went out of business two weeks before her flight. She ended up not only getting a ticket on my flight but ended up sitting right next to me. The rest is history. God wanted us together,” Brian said. While that experience was a definite “up,” a down moment came when their oldest of three sons was hospitalized twice for depression in a single year. With a career in corporate sales, first at Dell for 14 years, then at Lenovo for two years, Brian was gone from home quite a bit when his son was suffering greatly from serious depression. “I was traveling three to four days a week for work, and I needed to be home more for my family,” said Brian. “Something had to change, and thankfully, it did. God had a plan for our family.”
Something had to change, and thankfully, it did. God had a plan for our family.
That plan was real estate, which ultimately gave Brian the flexibility to be home through it all. But just because God showed him the plan, Brian knew it wouldn’t be an easy path. “When people ask me about how to get into real estate, I don’t emphasize enough just how hard it is. I was still working my corporate sales position at Lenovo, and then I would cold-call people in the evenings and run open houses on the weekends for our business. We didn’t take a day off for a year and a half,” Brian said.

But perhaps the biggest part of this space is that a certified SUCCESS coach will be available to help entrepreneurs in the community grow their businesses.
34 • August 2022
But while it was difficult, there was also a moment that confirmed they had made the right decision. During their first open house, Brian not only secured a buyer for that home, but that buyer’s agent also came with two other listings he and his wife ended up working on. For Brian, it was a sign. He once again turned to his faith and prayed on the decision before giving it the green light. “After we secured those three transactions, I gave my two-week notice at Lenovo,” he said. Faith continues to inspire their work as they begin a new phase of their business. “One of the ideas Tisha and I explored back when it was in its infancy was the co-working space movement,” said Brian. Fast-forward a decade later, and Brian and Tisha are ready to give, serve, and love with a unique twist on the typical co-working
environment. “We’re launching a co-working café called SUCCESS Space as a place to help small businesses in any industry grow and make a bigger impact through coaching and collaboration,” Brian said. “It will be a shared office model. There will be some dedicated offices, a shared collaboration space, a social media recording studio, and a café that will serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. But perhaps the biggest part of this space is that a certified SUCCESS coach will be available to help entrepreneurs in the community grow their businesses.” SUCCESS has been in the business of personal and professional development since 1897 with the launch of Success magazine. It has since grown into a multimedia company that reaches an estimated five million business-minded professionals each month through platforms such as Success magazine, SUCCESS. com, multiple podcasts, newsletters, digital training courses, and SUCCESS Achievers Community™, a new social community that further expands resources and training for its members. Brian and Tisha anticipate their co-working space, which will be located in Flower Mound, to launch December 2022.

C O M I N G T H R O U G H W H E N I T M AT T E R S M O S T REALTOR® on the rise
Written by: Dave Danielson Photos by: Brent Tinsley, Headshot Professional
Your clients who go through a real estate transaction with you are, in many ways, venturing through totally unfamiliar territory. Thankfully, they have you to see them through with your experience and expertise. Shelly Adams has a passion for fulfilling that role for her clients, as well. As a REALTOR® with Allie Beth Allman & Associates, Shelly is there for those around her … in turn, coming through when it matters the most to them. “I think for me, a big part of what I enjoy about being in real estate comes down to being of service to my clients,” she emphasizes. “I love helping people and building the relationships that we build. Through my own experiences, I am able to relate to where they are in their journey. I’ve always loved being the person that people call for advice … to be that problem solver for them.” GETTI N G H E R STA RT
Before she entered real estate, Shelly was a stay-at-home mom. Her husband, Mike, played professional baseball for 14 years. “Mike played with several teams through time, including the Milwaukee Brewers, the San Diego Padres, the Texas Rangers, and the Philadelphia Phillies,” Shelly remembers. “Around the time he was going to retire, we decided that we wanted to live here in Texas. Mike is from here. So we came and looked at houses.”
44 • August 2022
In the process, the REALTOR® that Shelly and Mike were working with encouraged Shelly to think about entering the business herself. “That sparked something in me. So, I worked on my Texas real estate license while we were in Philadelphia and then got into the business when we moved to Texas,” she remembers. Shelly earned her real estate license in 2015 and started working with Lillie Young, who was her broker. “Lillie’s son played baseball with my husband. We used to see her at the baseball games, and that’s how we started talking about real estate,” Shelly says. “She was my broker for five years.” F INDING HER F U LL-TIME PAS S IO N
As Shelly made her transition into the business, she thought it might be something she would want to do on a part-time basis. “I thought it would be great if I could make some extra money … to make enough through real estate to be able to pay for things like vacation,” Shelly says. “I would have been happy with that.” RA PID RIS E
Something interesting happened. Her career took off very quickly. She was named a top producer and was also awarded D Best this year. “When that happened, I thought maybe I should take this more

Shelly continued to learn, grow, and reach new levels of success on behalf of her clients. In turn, she has continued to build on her rewarding career. In fact, in 2021, she recorded $14 million in sales volume. FAMILY F OU N DAT IO N
Away from work, family makes life richer for Shelly. She and Mike treasure time with their children — their daughter, Keira, who is involved in select soccer, and their son, Kaiden, who is coached in select baseball by Mike. As Shelly looks to the future, her sense of positivity and her energy for what she does shines through. “I really care about all parties in the transaction. I want everyone to be happy in the end,” she says with a smile. “My hope is that when I work with someone, they know that I’m there to elevate them and the experience they had during our time working together.” Clearly, Shelly’s spirit for giving her best to others resonates with others. She makes a vital impact on the lives of those she gets to know. In turn, they know they can count on her to be there for them when it matters most.

power team Written by: Dave Danielson Photos by: Samantha Farris
One of the most fulfilling feelings in life is coming through the door and receiving a warm greeting from people who are happy to see you. That’s the feeling that those who work with Micah Young and Jamie Storey have. As team leaders of the Property Gents Team with Berkshire Hathaway PenFed Realty in Southlake, Micah and Jamie relish the role of working with their team and providing their clients with a big welcome home. “I like hanging out with our clients and hearing their stories,” Jamie says. “We have had a number of clients from out of state. It’s fun to teach people about the area.” Micah adds, “The most fun I get out of this is trying to build something that has value to people both inside the team and out, so our clients and our team members see value in what we do.” Beginning Their Journey
Micah began his real estate career when he earned his license in 2012, while Jamie got his start in 2016. “We moved here from Houston in 2012 with my wife’s job. I left my job so we could move back home. We both grew up here, so it was great to come back,” Micah says. Micah Young
“We found a place in Keller that we loved and moved there. We had one baby and one on the way. When we moved here, I got bored and wanted to get my real estate license.”
52 • August 2022
As Jamie says, “My wife and I were living in South Texas, and she wanted to get closer to home. We knew Micah and his wife before we teamed up. We had visited with them, and Micah said, ‘If you ever wanted a career change, I’ve got a spot for you.’”
@realproducers
“We have a standing Tuesday lunch deal every week,” Micah says. “It’s our weekly business meeting where we discuss what is going on in the business, and we talk about our clients and how we can make our business better. We go to Rosa’s café and sit down to eat tacos.” “Micah has a vision for everything and has been a blessing to me and my career,” Jamie said. “Each fall, he sits down and asks, ‘How can we improve?’ That drive and determination to get better and be more successful means a lot.” Team Triumphs
Micah and Jamie are joined by four other agents. “We’re a bit different. A lot of teams are very hard-charging with daily meetings and set schedules. We expect when agents come to our team that they have a desire to work on their own,” Micah emphasizes. “Our team environment is a little more laid back and yet we expect people to create on their own. We are able to dish off good leads to our team members. Our professionalism is great. Plus, we offer higher splits.” The results of that teamwork have been tremendous. In fact, the team has recorded over $125 million in sales volume since the team got its start in 2017. Life’s Highlights

Building Each Day
When you talk with Micah and Jamie, it’s easy to see the sense of comradery they have and the natural sense of teamwork that begins with them. They form a powerful and natural leadership team.
realproducersmag.com
Both Micah and Jamie are quick to share the love and appreciation they have for their families, including Micah’s wife, Carol, and Jamie’s wife, Brandi.
North Fort Worth Real Producers • 53
In their free time, they love carrying out a very active client appreciation program each year, including a baseball game each spring at the Frisco Roughriders, a hospitality suite, and prize giveaways. When it comes to making an impact on their community, Micah and Jamie support groups such as
Arlington Urban Ministries, an organization that supports those who have fallen on hard times. Every day, they focus on building and growing a level of teamwork that makes dreams come true. A prime example is Micah and Jamie and their team members … who serve their clients with excellence and provide them with a warm welcome to their DFW home.
Our team environment is a little more laid back and yet we expect people to create on their own. We are able to dish off good leads to our team members. 54 • August 2022
