it mattered most. That is what we are actually recognizing.
It is also what makes this community so powerful. Last month, we talked about being one conversation away. This is the room those conversations are happening in. This is a room full of people who are not only producing at a high level, but who are consistently solving problems, building relationships, and finding ways to move things forward.
If you were to look at this community on paper, it would be easy to focus on the numbers. And to be fair, the numbers are pretty wild.
Across our four DFW Real Producers communities, the top 4,000 agents collectively closed over 91,000 homes in 2025, representing more than $57 billion in total sales volume. Let that sink in for a second.
In North Dallas alone, our top 1,000 agents closed over 28,000 homes. Dallas over 22,000. North Fort Worth over 22,000. Fort Worth nearly 19,000. These are not normal numbers. This is uncommon air.
And when you consider that each of these groups represents roughly the top 1,000 agents out of an estimated 15,000
in each market, it becomes even more significant. We do not get too caught up in whether that number is exactly 12,000 or 15,000 or 18,000 agents in a given area. The reality is, no matter how you look at it, you are seeing the top tier of the top tier. And if you are receiving this magazine, that includes you.
But here is the important part. It is not about the numbers. It is about what those numbers represent.
Behind every transaction is a conversation. A relationship. A client trusting someone with one of the biggest decisions of their life. Behind every one of those 91,000 homes are long days, tough conversations, deals that almost fell apart, and moments where you had to show up at a high level when
That is rare. And it is easy to get used to it. But do not.
Because the truth is, most rooms do not look like this. Most rooms do not have this level of consistency, this level of production, or this level of people showing up and doing the work at a high level year after year.
So whether you are an agent or a partner, take a moment to recognize what you are a part of. Be proud of it. Be grateful for it. And do not overlook the opportunity that comes with being in a
Because the numbers are impressive. But what they represent, and what can come from it, is even more powerful.

SHOWING UP CLAY
WRITTEN BY KATHERINE H. FONDREN
On any given day in Fort Worth or Parker County, Heather Clay might be sitting at a kitchen table with a first-time buyer, walking a nervous seller through their next steps, or touring a property with an investor searching for the right opportunity. The setting may change, but one thing about Heather’s approach never does: the work is always about the people she serves.
For Heather, real estate has never been just about transactions. It’s about relationships, trust, and guiding people through one of the most important decisions of their lives. “When I’m working with someone, it’s truly about them,” she says. “Their goals, their fears, their future. My job is to make sure they feel supported and taken care of every step of the way.”
That mindset has guided her throughout a 16-year career that has taken her through market shifts, personal challenges, and countless memorable moments helping clients find their way home.
Heather’s story begins far from Texas. She was born in San Diego while her father served in the Navy, but her upbringing unfolded in a very different setting. She grew up in a tiny town in northern Iowa—population just 400—situated along the river. It was the kind of place

where neighbors knew one another and community meant something.
“That small-town background really shaped me,” Heather reflects. “You grow up understanding how important people are.”
After graduating high school, she briefly attended college but quickly realized the traditional path didn’t quite fit. Instead, she entered the world of multifamily housing and property management, working as a headhunter and placement director for professionals in the apartment industry. The work gave her an inside look at housing from a different perspective and introduced her to the business side of real estate.
Still, the idea of becoming an agent lingered in the background for years— encouraged most of all by someone she loved deeply.
“My grandmother kept telling me for years that I should be a real estate agent,” Heather says. “She believed in me long before I believed in myself.”
In 2010, Heather finally took the leap and earned her real estate license. She began as an apartment locator, a practical way to create steady income while learning the ropes of the industry. For a year, she focused on building relationships and developing her pipeline before transitioning fully into residential sales.
Shortly after that decision, her grandmother passed away in 2011.
I’M A PEOPLE PERSON & I’m very empathetic.
“I always say I finally listened to her,” Heather says softly. “We were very close. I wish she could have seen what it became.”
Like many new agents, Heather remembers the uncertainty of those early days. Without a regular paycheck, every deal carried weight. But the moment that changed everything came with her first commission check.
“It was scary because you don’t have that steady income,” she recalls. “But when I saw my first check, I thought, ‘Holy wow— I did this.’ It was such a powerful moment.”
Over time, Heather’s dedication to her clients and willingness to think creatively helped her build a reputation across Fort Worth and Parker County. While she works as a solo agent, she also serves as a team lead and specializes
in working with investors— many of whom started as first-time clients and eventually became landlords or house flippers.
Helping new homeowners remains one of the most rewarding parts of her work.
“I’m a people person and I’m very empathetic,” she explains. “When someone thinks they may never be able to own a home and then they finally get there—it’s incredible. I remember the first time I owned a home myself. Being able to help someone is an experience that is so rewarding.”
Her career has included numerous recognitions and milestones along the way. One standout moment came in 2014, when an unexpected opportunity changed the trajectory of her business.
A Dallas-area broker, who was also coincidentally
from Iowa, had worked with Heather on some other deals before and liked her personality. He called one day with a proposition: He needed boots on the ground and wanted to know if she would be interested in partnering on a large group of listings connected to a hedge fund.
The result was a recordsetting month for Heather. He would give her all of the listings and recognition, but they would split the proceeds from the venture. This experience earned her top listing honors that September, later receiving multiple industry recognitions.
Despite selling over 500 homes in her career, today, Heather views those accolades differently.
“There was a time early on when I thought success was all about money,” she says. “But over time, I realized that’s not what actually
makes you happy. You can have a billion dollars in the bank and still not be happy.”
Instead, her definition of success has shifted toward something far more personal.
“It’s about happiness,” she says simply. “Being happy with your life and the people around you.”
That perspective deepened through life experiences that reshaped her priorities— including the loss of her brother during a difficult season in her life.
“When something like that happens, you start to realize the things you thought were important really aren’t,” Heather reflects. “It becomes about the people
believed was their dream home. The property went under contract with another buyer, leaving them disappointed but hopeful another opportunity would come along.
Then tornadoes swept through the area.
Driving by the property one day, Heather discovered the house had been completely destroyed.
“So I called my clients and told them,” she recalls.
Rather than walking away, Heather approached the listing agent with an unusual proposal. Her client happened to be a builder, so they suggested taking over the property and using the insurance payout to rebuild.
That same determination led her to explore another venture recently. In September 2025, Heather and a friend who is a former loan officer launched a home staging company called Stage 2 Sell. The idea grew from Heather’s experience staging her own flip property and realizing how powerful presentation can be in today’s market.
“I started staging some listings for free just to see if I liked it,” she explains. “Then it just snowballed.”
The company already has multiple homes staged and several more on the way.
“A staged home almost always sells faster,” she says. “And it’s fun to use a different creative side.”
in your life and the time you have with them.”
Family plays a significant role in her life today. Her father lives with her after suffering a stroke about ten years ago, and Heather helps care for him while balancing the demands of her career.
“I’m a caretaker,” she says. “That’s just who I am.”
She’s also rarely without the company of Tyson, her Yorkie, who has been her loyal companion for nearly eight years.
One unforgettable moment in Heather’s career perfectly illustrates both her resilience and her creativity. In 2015, a couple she was working with lost out on what they
“It was a totally out-of-thebox experience,” she says. “But it worked.”
The couple purchased the property using an FHA loan, rebuilt the home, and turned a devastating situation into a new beginning.
“That’s one thing I’ll never forget,” Heather says. “The wife kept saying she knew that house was meant to be theirs.”
Thinking creatively and refusing to give up when challenges appear is something Heather believes defines great agents.
“I’ve had deals where other agents might have walked away,” she says. “But I think a good REALTOR® asks, ‘How do we get through this obstacle?’ instead of quitting.”
Through it all, Heather remains grounded in the same principle that has guided her from the beginning.
“I have a huge heart,” she says with a laugh. “Sometimes it even gets me in trouble. But that’s who I am.”
When asked how she hopes to be remembered, her answer is immediate.
“I want people to say I fought for my clients,” Heather says. “I believe in honesty and integrity, and I believe in doing the right thing.”
After 16 years in the real estate business, Heather Clay has built her career on putting people first and showing up wholeheartedly for those who trust her to guide them home.
T-Rock

In real estate, timing is everything. Deals hinge on inspections, negotiations, and often the unexpected: A single roof inspection can make or break a deal. When the report flags concerns, whether from hail damage, age, or hidden defects, momentum vanishes fast. Savvy topproducing real estate agents know they need a partner who responds immediately, communicates clearly, and delivers solutions that protect both the transaction and their hard-earned reputation. For Mark Strong, Chief Director of Project Management, that exact moment is where his team thrives.
“We are an unapologetically faith-based company providing boots on the roof in four hours to our REALTOR® partners and their homeowners,” Mark says. “We have 32 project managers strategically positioned across DFW because we understand what’s on the line for you and your clients when you call.”
That level of responsiveness isn’t just a selling point; it’s a promise. With 24 years in the profession and backed by a company that has been serving DFW for 67 years, Mark and his team understand
the urgency behind every call. When a deal is on the line, waiting days for an inspection simply isn’t an option.
For Mark, the roofing business is about more than shingles and inspections. It’s about protecting relationships, reputations, and opportunities. “Nobody tries harder,” he says. “We listen to you as the REALTOR®, and no one will try harder for your clients to make sure your reputation and sale are preserved. First to respond and built to last.”
That mindset didn’t happen overnight. Mark’s journey into the industry began long before he joined T-Rock Roofing. Coming from a construction background, he built more than 700 homes over the years, gaining firsthand knowledge of what lies beneath the surface of a property. That experience shaped his approach and gave him a deeper understanding of the challenges real estate agents and homeowners face.
“We spend our life working with homeowners and REALTORS®,” Mark explains. “Our team specializes in rapid-response inspections, accurate
assessments, and practical fixes that keep transactions moving forward.”
That expertise has become one of the defining qualities of T-Rock Roofing. But what truly sets them apart, according to Mark, is their unwavering foundation.
“Our communities are built on strong foundations,” he says. “Strong companies are built on core Christian values, work ethics, and understanding trust and integrity.”
Faith is not something Mark mentions lightly. It’s woven into the culture of the company and shapes how his team serves others. That purpose-driven approach has guided him through both success and hardship, including one of the most challenging seasons of his life.
“In 2009, during the downturn, my family and I lost everything,” Mark recalls. “God brought me to DFW, persistent invitations from a church connection eventually led him to Aaron Sadler and T Rock Roofing. After ignoring the promptings multiple times, I finally followed where Jesus was
leading me, and it’s felt like home since the very first conversation.”
That turning point not only changed his career but also strengthened his commitment to helping others navigate difficult situations. Later, another defining moment reinforced his purpose.
“My mom had the same insurance company for more than 30 years,” Mark shares. “When filing her first insurance claim ever, the carrier tried to underpay the claim by tens of thousands of dollars —$14,000 versus $40,000. I was in the industry by then, and it was confirmation I was in the right place at the right time to help my mom out. Experiences like these fuel my drive to shield agents from similar pitfalls and advocate fiercely for homeowners.”
For elite top producing REALTORS® who close high-volume or high-value deals, having a roofing partner who truly understands the pressure is invaluable. Mark has lived the real estate trenches from multiple sides. “We understand the pressure. We understand the expectations. And more importantly, we understand the hesitation. Because we’ve seen it from every side.”
Today, Mark leads alongside a tightknit team of collaborators, including Brandon Overby, Ray Holtzclaw, and Alex
McKenna. They regularly exchange ideas and strategies to ensure every deal gets the best possible outcome. Mark says, “Success is measured not just by closed transactions, but by the quality of people surrounding you and a commitment to improving 1% better every day.”
Outside of work, Mark’s priorities remain firmly rooted in faith, family, and community. A proud father of five and married for 20 years, he treasures time spent with his loved ones and their “giant teddy bear of a goldendoodle named Remmi.”
“You can regularly find us serving the youth at our local church,” he says. “We enjoy boating, game nights, eating my wife’s famous chocolate chip cookies, bow fishing, and spending time together as a family. I never miss my sons’ and daughters’ events.”
When he’s not working or with family, Mark embraces the outdoors. Hiking, fishing, hunting, barbecues, and new adventures keep him energized. Still, he credits all of his success to his wife, Jenna. “I am married to a saint,” he says. “My wife is my ROCK. There is no such thing as balance. We are willing to sacrifice things that bring long-term happiness, even if it means missing an anniversary to close a deal of a
lifetime or missing a deal to spend time with family, but it wouldn’t be possible without her support.”
Looking ahead, Mark’s goals remain centered on growth, not just professionally, but personally. “My big goal this year is to become a better leader,” he says. “To understand people on a personal level and coach them to become the best they can be.”
Ultimately, Mark hopes his legacy will reflect the same values that guide his daily work.
“Living a life that is unglorified to serve our community and serve their clients,” he says. “I see the grind our REALTORS® put in behind the scenes that is rarely appreciated.
In an industry where timing is everything and trust is currency, Mark Strong and the team at T-Rock Roofing & Contracting prove that faith, experience, and relentless service create results that speak for themselves, often within four hours.
When the next roof concern threatens one of your deals, don’t let momentum slip. Call the team that shows up fast, solves smart, and stands behind every promise. Your clients and your closing calendar will thank you.
DURAN Alondra

MEANT TO BE
When Alondra Duran thinks about her real estate journey, she remembers a quiet moment—one that shaped everything that followed.
She remembers sitting on her couch, praying.
“I remember asking God to give me a sign that this was what I was supposed to be doing,” she says.
At the time, the Fort Worth real estate agent was exhausted, discouraged, and seriously considering walking away from the industry she had fought so hard to enter. Then an email arrived.
She had just been recognized as one of Real Producers top agent list. “In that moment, it felt like God was reminding me that the work, the sacrifices, and the perseverance were not in vain,” she says.
For Alondra, the moment was more than recognition. It was confirmation. And it was far from the beginning of her story.
Humble Beginnings
Alondra’s story begins in Northside Fort Worth, where she was raised by a hardworking mother who immigrated from Uruapan, Michoacán, Mexico, with two young daughters in search of opportunity.
“My mom would leave for work at 4 a.m.,” Alondra recalls. “It was up to me to get up and get ready for school.”
Like many teenagers, Alondra struggled during those years. Anxiety and depression made school difficult, and conversations about mental health were not common in her household. “Growing up in a Hispanic household,
mental health really wasn’t talked about,” she says.
Eventually, she transferred to Can Academy, a charter school often misunderstood by others. “At the time, it was viewed as a school for troubled kids,” she explains. “But it actually helped me catch up and graduate on time.”
Looking back, she realizes those early challenges quietly prepared her for the resilience she would need later in life.
An Unexpected Turn
After high school, Alondra began pursuing a career in nursing at Tarrant County College. She had completed her prerequisite courses and was preparing to apply to nursing school when life shifted dramatically.
She found out she was pregnant with her son, Jayden.
The pregnancy came with severe complications. Alondra was diagnosed with hyperemesis gravidarum, a condition that left her sick for months.
“I couldn’t eat or drink. I was so weak I couldn’t even stand up to bathe myself,” she remembers.
The physical toll was difficult, but the emotional weight was even heavier.
“I remember hearing people say, ‘Don’t be like Alondra. She ruined her life getting pregnant.’” She was only 20 years old.
But even in that moment, she made a quiet decision about her future.
“I knew I didn’t want to be another statistic.”
Determined to move forward, Alondra enrolled in medical assistant school while working at Dillard’s selling Dior makeup during the day.
Eventually, a chance connection led to her first job in healthcare.
“One of the moms at the daycare I worked at was a physician assistant,” she says. “She told me, ‘Your work ethic is exactly what we need at our clinic.’”
It seemed like life was finally settling into place.
But another unexpected opportunity was about to appear.
A Leap of Faith
The introduction to real estate didn’t come from Alondra—it came from her husband. After losing his aviation job, the couple found themselves in a difficult financial season. “We had garage sales just to get by,” she says. “I’ll never forget searching for change in our couches just to buy groceries.”
One evening, her husband watched a video about real estate and decided he wanted to pursue it.
“I told him he was crazy,” she laughs. “I kept saying, ‘Go get a job.’”
But his response stuck with her.
“He would just say, ‘Do you not have faith?’”
Eventually, he encouraged her to pursue the license instead.
“He told me, ‘I’m not book smart, but you are. I know you’ll pass the test.’”
So Alondra began another demanding season—working full days, then attending real estate classes at night.
“I would leave my house at 6 a.m., work until 5 p.m., then go to Champions from 6 to 10:30 for six weeks straight,” she says.
The sacrifice was worth it.
Six years later, Alondra has built a business many agents only dream about.
Building a Business on Purpose
In 2023, Alondra began receiving consistent recognition as a top producing agent. Today, she has closed more than $53 million in career volume, including
$18.7 million last year alone. Even more impressive is how she built it.
“No CRM. No automatic systems. Never paid for a lead,” she says. “Everything has been self-generated through social media and referrals.”
But for Alondra, production has never been the point.
“What makes my business unique is that I never built it around transactions,” she says. “I built it around people.”
Before touring homes, she meets with clients for two consultations—walking them through financing, reviewing contracts, and helping them fully understand the process.
“Real estate is one of the biggest financial decisions someone will make,” she explains. “My responsibility is to educate my clients so they feel confident every step of the way.”
Redefining Success
Over time, Alondra’s definition of success has evolved.
“Early on, I thought success was about production numbers and income,” she says. “Today, I see it very differently.”
For her, the true reward lies in the lives she touches.
“Success is about the lives you impact,” she says. “People want to be treated with integrity, love, and genuine care.”
That philosophy extends beyond her clients to the women she mentors through her mentorship team, Le Rêve Realty Group.
“I tell my team all the time—I don’t just want you to become better REALTORS®,” she says. “I want you to become better wives, better friends, better daughters, better mothers, and better leaders.”
If someone walks away from her leadership changed for the better, she considers that the real victory.
A Story Still Being Written
Today, Alondra continues to pursue big goals—including $40 million in individual production this year and building both new homes and her own personal residence.
But when she talks about her journey, her message remains clear.
“What God has for you is meant for you,” she says. “Even when people try to strip you of resources, support, or opportunities hoping to see you fall, what is meant for you cannot be taken away.”
She pauses for a moment before adding something that perfectly sums up the spirit behind her story.
“In this business they tell you that you either sink or swim,” she says with a smile.
“Baby, I swam.”
WHAT GOD HAS FOR YOU IS MEANT FOR YOU.”
READY FOR THE
BOARDROOM?
BY LES MCGEHEE, CHIEF EDUCATION STRATEGIST, RIALTO ACADEMY
There’s a room in every real estate market where important decisions get made.
It’s where policies are shaped. Where education is decided. Where the direction of the industry is influenced for the next year—and often for years beyond that.
It’s the boardroom—and you are invited to it, if you choose to prepare yourself with the right leadership education.
Most agents never step into it.
But you can.
Across DFW, we’re surrounded by high-performing agents and brokers—professionals who have
built real businesses, led teams, and earned the trust of their clients and peers. Many of those same professionals have wondered:
“I’ve never been on a board before.”
“I’m not sure what happens in those meetings.”
“I don’t know if I’m qualified to be in a room like that.”
Those aren’t limitations. Those are opportunities. Signals that the next level of growth isn’t just about production—it’s about preparation for leadership.
And that preparation is now available.
Whether you’re a member of the MetroTex Association
of REALTORS®, the Greater Fort Worth Association of REALTORS®, Collin County Area REALTORS®, Lewisville Area REALTORS®, or another organization across North Texas, leadership education is no longer something you have to figure out on your own.
It is being offered—intentionally.
Through leadership academies, structured onboarding, and focused board-level training, there are now clear ways to understand how leadership works before you ever step into it.
Because the boardroom isn’t just a place—it’s a different level of responsibility, perspective, and influence.
Your Path to the Boardroom
STAGES:
Agent Performance
Top Producer / Team Leader
Prepared Leader (Education)
Boardroom Influence
And like anything else in real estate, the professionals who prepare tend to perform.
This is where education expands beyond contracts and compliance.
The best education helps you grow into the next version of your career.
It helps you understand how decisions are made.
How organizations operate.
How leadership conversations move forward.
And how to contribute in a way that elevates everyone in the room.
In many markets, one of the clearest paths to that kind of preparation is through structured board education—programs like the Board Excellence Series and the leadership academies that surround it.
They’re practical. Focused. Built for professionals who are already succeeding and want to grow their influence.
And they’re being used by exactly the people you’d expect:
Current board members sharpening their effectiveness
Future leaders preparing before they raise their hand
Ambitious professionals who simply want to understand the system at a higher level
Because whether you serve on a board or not, this level of education changes how you see the business.
You become more strategic.
More connected.
More aware of how decisions shape your market.
And for those who do step into leadership, that preparation shows immediately.
They contribute faster.
They collaborate more effectively.
They help move important work forward.
If you’re building a serious career in real estate, leadership isn’t a separate path.
It’s a natural extension of growth.
And today, you don’t have to wait to be invited and then figure it out. You can prepare now.
You can understand the room before you walk into it.
And whether you step into the boardroom this year, later, or never at all, this kind of education strengthens your position in the industry.
Because the boardroom isn’t reserved for a different type of professional.
It’s where prepared professionals go next.
And you can be one of them.

VANJA GAITHER
For Vanja Gaither, real estate has never been just about buying and selling homes—it’s about helping families build stability, create opportunity, and change the trajectory of their future.
With more than 27 years of experience and now serving as broker and founder of VSG Real Estate Group in the Fort Worth/Arlington area, Gaither has built a career defined by trust, service, and long-standing relationships. Nearly 95 percent of her business comes from repeat clients and referrals, a testament to the care and consistency she brings to every interaction.
A Legacy Rooted in Service
Gaither’s path into real estate didn’t begin in Texas. She was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, where family, entrepreneurship, and service were woven into everyday life. After graduating from Fremont High School and studying business at Merritt College in Oakland, she began exploring an interest that would eventually shape her career.
But the roots of that interest were planted generations earlier.
“My love for real estate is more than a profession,” she explains. “It’s truly part of my heritage.”
Her great-grandfather, T.J. Lewis, owned several hundred acres of land in Louisiana during the late 1800s and early 1900s. In addition to operating a farm and mill that produced flour for the surrounding community, he created a system that allowed neighbors to barter or pay on credit so families could access essential goods during difficult times.
“That spirit of service and entrepreneurship continued through my family,” Gaither says.
Her grandmother, a teacher and civil rights activist, owned several homes in her community—generating passive income through real estate long before wealth-building through property ownership became a mainstream conversation. Meanwhile, Gaither’s parents operated a dry-cleaning business that expanded into multiple locations throughout the Bay Area.
Growing up in that environment taught her
lessons that would stay with her for life.
“I learned early on the value of hard work, perseverance, and serving people well,” she says.
Early Lessons in Persistence
Gaither first obtained her real estate license in California in 1986. But like many new agents, the early days tested her confidence.
“I didn’t make a sale my first year,” she recalls. “At the time, that felt discouraging. I wondered if I had made the right decision.”
During that season, she found guidance in an experienced agent she shadowed—a mentor she remembers as Winnie—who shared advice that would shape her entire career.
“She would always say, ‘Real estate is not about sales—it’s about building trusted relationships.’”
That perspective changed everything.
“I realized that success in this business isn’t about quick transactions,” Gaither says. “It’s about serving people well, earning
their trust, and being someone they can rely on during one of the biggest decisions of their lives.”
Looking back, she now sees that difficult first year differently.
“That year wasn’t a failure,” she says. “It was the foundation for how I approach my clients and my business to this day.”
A Calling Beyond Transactions
After moving to Texas in 1994, Gaither built a successful career in banking before transitioning fully into real estate. She served as a branch manager overseeing multiple locations and later worked as a business relationship manager, helping small businesses with financial strategies and growth.
Those experiences gave her a strong foundation in lending, finance, and entrepreneurship— knowledge that continues to benefit the clients she serves today.
Yet what fuels her passion goes far beyond contracts and closings.

FOUNDATIONS
“My favorite part of this business is helping families turn the dream of homeownership into a reality,” Gaither says. “There’s nothing more rewarding than handing someone the keys to a home they once only imagined having.”
Equally important is her commitment to education.
“Real estate has the ability to change a family’s financial future,” she explains. “I’m passionate about helping people understand how ownership can create stability and generational wealth.”
That belief is personal.
Through real estate investments, Gaither was able to help her daughter graduate from college debt-free and step directly into homeownership.
“Experiences like that reinforce why I care so much about teaching others what’s possible,” she says.
Strength Through Life’s Hardest Moments
While Gaither’s professional journey has been marked by success, some of her most defining moments have come through personal hardship.
One of the most difficult seasons came when her mother suffered a stroke and spent eight years in a nursing home. Gaither visited her daily—until the COVID-19 pandemic temporarily closed nursing homes to visitors.
“For months, I couldn’t see her,” she remembers. “Eventually, I was allowed to visit by standing outside her window and speaking through the glass.”
It was a season that stretched her deeply.
“During that time, I had to trust God beyond what I thought I was capable of,” she says.
When her mother passed away, the loss was profound. Yet the experience strengthened her faith and deepened her compassion for others walking through difficult seasons.
“It reminded me how important it is to cherish every moment with the people we love,” Gaither says.
A Life Built on Purpose Today, Gaither continues to serve clients while expanding her role as a broker and mentor. She is also deeply involved in her church and community, serving as chairperson of the board of directors for Braveheart Christian Academy and partnering with organizations that provide housing opportunities for single mothers and their children.
For Gaither, real estate has always been a vehicle for something greater.
“My goal has always been to serve others in a way that creates lasting impact,” she says.
Whether she is mentoring new agents, hosting educational seminars, or
I DIDN’T MAKE A SALE MY FIRST YEAR.”
helping a family secure their first home, that mission remains constant.
At the core of that mission is a foundation she credits for every step of her journey.
“The most important thing I want people to understand,” she says, “is that none of my success would be possible without my faith. My relationship with my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, has been the foundation of my life.”
That faith, she explains, has guided her through every season, both personally and professionally. It shapes how she leads her family, serves her clients, and conducts her business.
“When you operate with godly principles,” Gaither
says, “success becomes a natural byproduct.”
More than anything, she hopes the legacy she leaves behind reflects the values that have guided her throughout her life.
“I want to be remembered as someone who loved and served Jesus Christ, genuinely cared about people, and used real estate as a way to create opportunity for others,” she says. “If I can help families change the trajectory of their future through ownership and education, then I know I’ve made a difference.”
And for Vanja Gaither, that difference is measured not in transactions, but in lives changed, families strengthened, and futures secured.
