Born and raised in Fort Worth, Vivian’s roots are deeply intertwined with an entrepreneurial spirit fostered by her family. Growing up in Mansfield, TX, Betty’s journey into the real estate realm found its roots at the crossroads of diverse experiences. Graduating from UTA with a business communications degree, she embarked on a career that resonated with her intrinsic desire to connect with people. Betty’s professional career began by working at a company that specialized in promotions and ads for JCPenney Outlet division. Her connections eventually and unexpectedly led her into the world of real estate. “I got my agent license at the end of 2013 and began working for a property management company near TCU,” Betty recalls, reflecting on her journey. Betty encountered a formidable trial early in her career. “Six days after I got my license, the owner of the company I was working for was diagnosed with stage 4 brain cancer and passed away 18 months later, at the young age of 35,” she reveals. The ensuing journey was a baptism by fire, thrusting her into a steep learning curve in navigating the industry’s demands amid personal loss. Shortly before he passed away, the owner promoted Betty to Vice President of the company. After his death, she continued on and helped the company grow to one of the top property management companies in the area. Her full immersion into buying and selling transactions commenced in 2018, after she resigned as Vice President and began working with her personal clientele full time. Passionate about growth and education, Betty exudes an unwavering commitment to honing her craft. “I am passionate about helping others, education, growing, developing, and becoming the best real estate agent that I can be,” she asserts, embracing the evolving nature of her profession.
