or growth publisher’s note
The Choice is Yours One of my favorite books, as well as for millions of others, is Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill. Napoleon is considered by many to be one of the greatest minds in the area of achieving success. Napoleon writes, “Strength and growth come from continuous effort and struggle.” Each and every one of us has an innate desire within us for growth. If we are not growing in some area of our life, whether it be our business, health, relationships, spirituality, and so on, we start to feel dead inside. We are either growing or dying. Sounds harsh, but it’s true. If you don’t believe me, for a week do your best to not progress in any area of your life and report back to me on how you feel. The process of decay rots the mind, body, and soul. Think back to when you have felt the most alive. My guess is it is a time when you were truly pushing yourself in some area of your life to levels of achievement you have never attained before. The struggle and effort you are putting in may be exhausting and filled with a million different emotions, but at the same time, you feel more alive than ever before. That is because you are growing, and your spirit knows it and thrives in it. Your spirit is ever seeking a freer, fuller, and more expansive version of itself.

decay
I know for me, and the current period I am in in my life, I am pushing myself harder than I ever have before. In the last few months, I have added on two new businesses (Dallas Real Producers and Tarrant Real Producers) and that has come with growing my team, expanding my leadership abilities, refining our systems, and improving my health, mind, and emotions so that I can step up to the challenges that I am currently presented with. And let’s be real, there are new challenges every day. Am I stressed? Absolutely. But do I feel alive? No question. Reflect on this: “Do you feel alive?” If the answer to this question is, “No,” then I challenge you to find out which areas of your life are desiring growth… and once you have identified them… then go after it. Or should I say, “Grow after it.” Punny. You all receive this publication because you are the best at what you do. You’ve had to grow immensely in your life to get here. Don’t stop growing now. Keep pushing yourself. Cheers to thriving! Jordan Espeseth Owner jordan.espeseth@realproducersmag.com

What I love about the real estate business is what sets us apart.
We’re all different. There is opportunity here. There’s no celebrity I want to be like.
I just want to be the best version of myself I could be. I just wanted to work as hard as I can. I put my head down and look at what I did yesterday and ask myself,
‘How can I be better today?’
FOLLOWING OPPORTUNITY
Beaux grew up in Nigeria. As he came of age, he decided to move to the U.S. in 1997. As he enrolled in the University of Texas at Arlington, his first plan was studying to become a chemist. “But I realized that what really came naturally to me was my love of people,” he recalls. “I talked with my advisor, who thought I would excel in marketing. So, I changed my degree to that. I’m so glad that I listened.” As a new student in a new nation, Beaux brought an infectious positivity with him. He looked for ways to contribute. “I had grown up playing soccer in Nigeria, but when I started out in college, I saw the guys on the basketball team. They seemed to be having so much fun,” Beaux recalls. “I started hanging out around the gym while they practiced.” One day, the guys on the team reached out and asked if Beaux played. “I had never played organized basketball, so that was one of my first challenges. We all long for acceptance.
18 • April 2021
So, while looking for myself and my calling, I thought I would take on that challenge,” he smiles. “I told them I hadn’t played before, but a couple guys took me under their wings and taught me the fundamentals.” Beaux walked on to the team. As the season started, he threw himself into the game — giving his all in the process. “I was looking to add value. I might not have had some of the skills perfected, but I could jump and hustle and dive on the floor to get the loose ball. I thought, ‘I’ll block shots and rebound and be the Dennis Rodman of the team,’” he smiles. “During my few minutes of action in a game, I just looked for opportunities to somehow make a positive impact. I didn’t break any records, but the friendships I have with the guys on that team are a testament to the impact I had. It makes me feel good.” POSITIVE INFLUENCE
That was just the start. Beaux joined organizations and looked for ways to get involved in any way he could, including working in retail during school. It’s a trait of caring involvement he says he got growing up.
“I wasn’t going to sit in my dorm room. I got out to bring value and serve and make a name for myself in ways that weren’t normal. I did that through service,” he says. “I get that from my mother. She was the Principal Education Research Officer with UNICEF, training teachers who taught children. She has always been a caregiver who goes out of her way to help others. The more she did that, the more we helped. My mom’s background has a lot to do with my core values and my foundation.” After his college days ended, Beaux brought his same trademark sense of contribution to the workforce, working with Republic National Distributing Company, where he worked his way up — eventually representing the brand with other organizations and working with 500 accounts. After eight years, Beaux’s time with the company ended. He went home to Nigeria and, for a month, considered his next steps in life. “I knew I wanted to do something I loved where I could make an impact and have freedom and belong … but also a place where I could be my own boss and do things my way,” Beaux says. @realproducers
CRUCIAL CROSSROADS
As he returned to the US, Beaux talked with a friend who suggested the car business. So, Beaux joined the team at Friendly Chevrolet. And, during his first month, he sold 28 vehicles. “I made more than I had ever made and got carried away,” he remembers. “I was working 12 hour days, and I was drinking and smoking. One day, I was selling a car to a lady and she said you don’t look good. My left arm was numb. She said you need to go get checked out by a doctor.” By the end of that day, Beaux found himself lying in a hospital ICU with a mini-stroke. “I was in the ICU for four days, but I didn’t have insurance,” he remembers. “While I laid there, I thought about what I wanted to do with my life. I had always wanted to be in real estate. That’s when my wife challenged me and said, ‘If you really want to do this, then do it and stop making excuses.’”

Beaux and his wife, Lindsey
FINDING HIS CALLING
Beaux earned his license and joined Clay Stapp + Co. Today, Beaux credits Clay with his important mentorship and guidance that he provided. The passion Beaux has for the profession is unmistakable. “What I love about the real estate business is what sets us apart. We’re all different,” he says. “There is opportunity here. There’s no celebrity I want to be like. I just want to be the best version of myself I could be. I just wanted to work as hard as I can. I put my head down and look at what I did yesterday and ask myself, ‘How can I be better today?’” FAMILY FOUNDATION
Away from work, Beaux’s world is centered around his wife, Lindsey, 20 • April 2021
as well as his children — 13-year-old daughter, Vanessa, and 4-year-old daughter, Bryn Grace. “My wife is the most important part of the puzzle for me. Without her pushing me, believing in me, and taking a chance on me, all of this wouldn’t exist,” Beaux says with a warm smile. “She lit that fire, believed in me, and challenged me. Don’t tell me I can’t do something. If you believe me and tell me I can do something, I don’t disappoint.” Beaux’s mother, Grace, continues her guiding presence, as well. “She sends me a text and prays for me every day. The way I do things, along with my genuine and helping nature, came from her,” he says. “My mom is my rock, and I look up to her. I want
to glorify her while she’s still here and continue her legacy when she leaves.” In his free time away from work, Beaux and Lindsey have a passion for traveling. He’s also learning the game of golf. As Beaux considers the early success he has in his relatively young real estate career, he can’t help but be thankful. “Real estate, in many ways, saved my life. It has given me everything I was looking for,” he emphasizes. “I do it for the people. I’ve never been tired doing this. I’m just doing me. In the process, I’m opening doors literally and figuratively.” Truly, those who know Beaux Olaiya would agree … that he adds value and makes a lasting impact day-by-day. @realproducers

WADE AND NEXA MORTGAGE, INC. Winning with Wade If you could come up with a wish list of the qualities you’d want in a mortgage lender, chief among them would probably be the power of a large lender combined with the individualized care of a person you can trust.
That exists with NEXA Mortgage, LLC — with the dedicated care of industry veteran, Wade Betz. NEXA Mortgage, Inc. is the largest brokerage in the country with more than 850+ loan officers. Through his experience and expertise, Wade ended up as the number two loan officer in the entire company in 2020. Wade gets a rewarding feeling from being able to serve his REALTOR® partners and clients with a plentiful range of options. “Through working as a Broker with NEXA Mortgage, LLC, we have access to over 100 lenders,” Wade emphasizes. “As a Broker, I have the ability to pivot to various options to help clients. Plus, Brokers are able to close a loan faster and cheaper than our retail counterparts in general.”
“One thing we emphasize is the Art of Homeownership. Do you just own a home, where you buy it, live in it, and fix things when they break? Successful homeowners realize something more,” Wade says. “We’re there with a group of distinctive services to support them, because we believe it’s what matters after closing that matters the most. We do things to help people move beyond being just an owner … to being a successful owner. Our team will help you accomplish this by ensuring you have six distinctly valuable services designed to help you now and for 30-plus years.”
The Art of Homeownership
In an industry with many options, Wade and his team look for opportunities to set themselves apart and deliver an exemplary level of service. 24 • April 2021

Home Concierge Service
“One thing we do is provide our Home Concierge Service to help you proactively keep your home in great shape and maintain it at a high level, actually increasing their home value over time,” he says. “We provide a monthly financial analysis so they understand their net worth through real estate, and what they can do with that, based on performance. This adds tangibility they can review each and every month.” Monthly Real Estate Wealth Digests
“We will give clients monthly real estate wealth digests, specific to them, that give them in-depth financial analytics about their property so they always understand their net worth through real estate, and more importantly, what they can or should do with it.” Annual Review
After closing, Wade and his team conduct an annual review with the client. “I can’t shackle people with debt and then not help them,” he says. “We help a significant number of people reduce their debt and maximize their wealth. The more savvy clients are buying investment properties with the equity that has been freed up. That annual review helps to put into focus what has changed in the clients’ lives. A lot of people don’t have an overall strategy. We help connect them with people who can holistically help them. We help each of our clients with annual financial reviews because we know that each year their lives will change and evolve and our commitment is to proactively help them in every aspect of real estate and finance.”

Repair Support
Relocation Technology
As Wade says, in many cases, when people are ready to sell their property, their homes aren’t in list-ready condition. “A lot of people have a lot of their wealth tied up in their home. If there’s enough equity in the home, we have an arrangement with a company that will do the repairs,” he says. “That company puts a lien on the property, they do the repairs, and they get paid when the property sells. That’s a valuable offering since a lot of people can’t pay that out of their pockets.”
As people move from chapter-to-chapter and pointto-point in their lives, Wade and his team are there to support them. “We use relocation technology to help them transition their address and logistics to their next property,” Wade says. “We work to serve the client far beyond just the transaction. Should they ever move, our clients have access to our relocation technology which helps them reduce stress, save time and money, and ensure that every aspect of their transition is taken care of.” When you’re looking for a partner who supports your clients with an unmatched level of service after the sale, look to Wade Betz and NEXA Mortgage, LLC.
Perfect Mortgage Promise
Keeping up with current needs is essential. As Wade says, “We commit to offer you our Perfect Mortgage Promise where you can rest assured that you’re always in the best mortgage, at the best time, as your life changes and as the markets change.” Maximizing Value
It means a lot to clients who know they have a mortgage partner on their side through time. As Wade says, “We help our clients maximize their wealth through the current real estate they own, and their future real estate we help them with.”

ROBBINS MISSION TO MOVE PEOPLE FORWARD
One of the most stressful and exciting chapters in life can be the purchase or sale of a home. The process is littered with challenges, surprises, moving parts, and uncertainty.
As clients enter this time of their lives, they turn to experts like you — like Jay Robbins and the team at Robbins Real Estate Group. And at Robbins Real Estate, the team is on a mission to help their clients by putting their needs at the center of the transaction. “When people buy or sell a house, it’s almost always associated with some big change in their lives,” Jay acknowledges. “Sometimes it’s happy or stressful, as the result of a marriage, a promotion, someone being laid off, moving out, being transferred to a new place, and so on. Whatever it is, it’s normally a big deal in their lives. To be able to help people with excellent service, and a smooth transaction, and to be able to take stress away during those times, is really fulfilling.” FINDING A NEW DIRECTION
Before starting his career in real estate, Jay had completed college and entered the restaurant business. Mindy had a background in recruiting and sales. “I worked my way through school as a waiter and bartender. Then, I managed several

restaurants,” Jay says. “In January 2002, I first started studying for real estate.” At first, Jay planned on getting into flipping houses and becoming a real estate investor. “I got my real estate license thinking I would mainly use it as an investor. I put my ads out to buy distressed properties.” REWARDED BY WHAT’S RIGHT
That’s when Jay had an experience that would forever shape his career. “The first opportunity I got to buy a house for below market value was when I met with a single mom who was behind on her payments,” he remembers. “Yet she had a lot of equity in her house. This was 19 years ago. I think the house was worth about $135,000, and only had a balance of $85,000, and she was willing to sell for that. That was my first opportunity as an investor.” Jay did not feel right about making a profit from this family’s financial hardship. He knew there was a better way to help. “I couldn’t buy that property in good conscience,” he says. “I told her ‘You don’t have to sell your house to an investor. You can put it on the market, we can sell it quickly, and

you can start a new chapter with you and your kids.’ We did that, and she walked away from closing with over $20,000. Ever since then, our focus is really helping people and representing people in their transaction.” That core value has remained a central part of the approach to business that he and Mindy take with their team. “It’s about truly putting the client and their needs at the center of the transactions. Dozens of times we have told people that it doesn’t make sense to sell…that they can stay and refinance,” Jay says. “We really put their needs at the center of the transaction.” EXPANDING TEAMWORK
Jay and Mindy started the brokerage together in 2004. One of the most gratifying parts of their work is the teamwork it takes to get it done. “We love building an environment where other people get to be part of our mission. All of the people on our team are a part of it,” Jay says. “Putting together an environment and system where all our people can be part of that mission is really cool… to hear their happiness and for them to know that they helped someone...I love to hear how much fulfillment they get from it.” That teamwork is a growing dynamic at Robbins Real Estate Group. “We’re growing and expanding the team…finding the right people, as well as marketing. In addition to Mindy and myself, we have Frank, who is in charge of operations, and three agents who are working with buyers and sellers,” Jay explains. “Plus, we consider

our lenders and title partners as part of our team. In addition, we also have a couple people who work part-time from home, along with our courier, Tom, who is a retiree who has been with us for eight years who makes deliveries and places property yard signs.” ENJOYING THE JOURNEY TOGETHER
The record of achievement has been impactful. In fact, through nearly 20 years in the business, Jay, Mindy, and their team members have helped more than 1,000 families. The journey Jay and Mindy share is a rewarding one, as they form a resilient partnership in life and business. “We work very well together, and that goes back even before we got into real
estate,” he says. “We’ve always had shared business goals and worked together as a team.” Together, Jay and Mindy look forward to time spent with their 11-year-old daughter, Ruby. Jay and Mindy have a knack for taking life’s circumstances and creating opportunity. A great example of that is Mindy’s new venture called Happy Sparkles Treats. “Mindy started it because Ruby has dairy and wheat allergies. So, she was pretty much limited to sorbet when it came to treats,” Jay says. “So Mindy came up with all the recipes so Ruby could have some really good desserts. Her treats are so good that
her biggest fans are those who don’t have any allergies.” In his free time, Jay has a passion for running. In fact, he’s an accomplished endurance athlete with experience completing a 70.3 Ironman competition, along with four marathons. When COVID-19 shut down much of the world, Jay kept piling up the miles. In fact, he achieved his goal of running 2,020 miles and cycling 2,020 miles. Mindy joined in, too, by walking 2,020 miles. “This year, since it looks like the events will start popping up again, I want to focus on running and qualifying for the Boston Marathon by the end of the year,” he smiles. Jay and Mindy have a central drive to give back, too. In fact, Jay combined his love of running to benefit less fortunate children. One running challenge he took on was a 4-4-48. With that, Jay started out and ran four miles, every four hours, over the course of 48 hours, which really equates to 12 four-mile runs. The sponsorships and donations Jay received were donated to Vogel Alcove, a local organization that helps homeless children. As Jay and Mindy think about the most rewarding parts of their work, they remain centered on the efforts they put forth on behalf of their clients. “That’s our main desire…that all of our clients know that we’re looking out for them and their best interests… that we really know that we will get it done for them by putting their needs first,” Jay smiles. So each day, Jay, Mindy, and the members of Robbins Real Estate continue their mission to move others forward in life.

Radical Unapologetic Success The concept of “Radical Unapologetic Success” needs to be unpacked, but first, let’s lay out some facts that may shock you.
First, 76% of people die with the same regret: not living true to themselves. Yep, over a quarter of the people you know will lay on their deathbed wishing they would have lived life on their own terms, instead of living a life guided by what others expected of them. Second, 70% of the relatively small amount of people who do make it to your funeral will decide whether or not to go to the gravesite after the service based on the weather that day. With these facts in mind, I have a question for you: What life do you want to live? The year 2020 made many of us take a moment and reflect on our lives so far. Many decided to make real changes when things opened up. My greatest concern is that we don’t make those changes and slowly drift back to our old ways. By waiting, we risk returning to being busy all the time, trying to live up to others’ expectations, and not listening to that little voice inside of us that is fighting for us to step into our greatness. How about a new idea? You don’t wait for things to open back up, for your partner to be supportive, for the market to turn, Q2 to start, or any other factor outside of your control. This is your invitation to Radical Unapologetic Success. Don’t mistake this for an easy social media quote or a clever bumper sticker. This is an invitation to a way of living!
Radical Definition: (especially of change or action) relating to or affecting the fundamental nature of something; far-reaching or thorough.
the best that you are capable of becoming.” -John Wooden
Decide right now that this is the year you allow yourself to live radically, meaning living your life in the way that is best for you. What works for you will most likely be different from someone else. How you normally do things hasn’t worked, but remember that normal is highly overrated.
Unapologetic Definition: Put forward, or being such without apology or qualification.
What causes us to feel like we have to explain or justify every decision we make to anyone around us? Stop. Unapologetic means you don’t need to justify every decision you make. You know what is best for you. Make a choice to do you, keep choosing you, and let go of trying to make everyone else understand. Success Definition: The accomplishment of an aim or purpose.
What’s your definition? Ironically most people want to be successful, yet only a very small handful can articulate what success means for them. This gap should shock us to the core. Knowing this, also remember that success can mean very different things in even the most similar circumstances of like-minded people. To help guide you in shaping what success looks like for you, I’ll share these words: “Success is peace of mind, which is a direct result of self-satisfaction in knowing you made the effort to do your best to become

Maybe it is time you wrote your unique definition of success. Your Version of Radically Unapologetic Success
Your new journey into 2021 has already begun. I have a question for you, “What will be your version of Radically Unapologetic Success?” You can choose to listen to that little voice calling you to step into being your own hero. You were born to win, so act like it. You were born to be your own hero, and by being your own hero, you empower others to be their own heroes.

Matching People and Dreams There’s someone for everyone. But that’s just the start. There’s also a place for every person … a place to call home.
One of those who has a relentless drive to make those pairings is Lisa Besserer. As a Sales Agent with Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s, Lisa has an unmistakable drive to match people with dreams. “I love being able to match the perfect house with the person. I consider myself a matchmaker, and I’ve also done the same with people,” Lisa says with a smile. “That’s what I’m really good at … listening and realizing what my clients want … finding the one that hits the mark. I usually get goosebumps when I find that. It’s very exciting to see someone get emotional about a house.” Building from the Beginning
Lisa remembers how she found her own match with her career in real estate. She was born and raised in Dallas and attended Texas Tech University. “I’m definitely a Texas girl through-and-through,” Lisa smiles.
At the start of her adult life, Lisa worked as a flight attendant at Braniff Airlines for four years. “It was a great way to learn how to deal with the public,” she remembers. “In the process, it was a fantastic way of learning patience, mediation, and service.” “My kids were growing up. One was going to college and the other was 17 years old, so I decided I wanted to make real money,” Lisa recalls. “My mother, Diane, had just retired from her job as a PR consultant. She was an excellent salesperson and had a lot of contacts. I begged her to go to school with me.” Lisa’s mother agreed. The two earned their real estate licenses and began their journey in the business at Coldwell Banker. It didn’t take long for them to know they had made the right decision. In fact, Lisa recorded an impressive total of $10 million in sales volume during her first year as a REALTOR®. In time, Diane became Lisa’s assistant. After two years together at Coldwell Banker, the two moved to Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s. Life’s Satisfying Successes
Lisa is a perennial Top Producer, specializing in the Preston Hollow, Bluff View, and Park City areas and consistently earning membership in the President’s Club along the way each year.

Away from work, Lisa’s world revolves around her family, including her husband, David, who is a Commercial Real Estate Representative with TransWestern. Lisa and David treasure time with their children — Breck, their son, who is SVP of Leasing at M2G Ventures, and their daughter, Bonnie, who works with Lisa, handling her office details, marketing, and social media, in addition to selling real estate, as well. Lisa also smiles broadly when talking about her 5-year-old granddaughter, Nora Lisa Rader. “I’m absolutely crazy about her,” Lisa smiles. “I’ll be training her in the business soon. She’s already gone to a couple of open houses with me.” In addition, Lisa is proud of her nephew, Kyle Thelen, who recently moved from banking to real estate, having earned his real estate license. “Kyle is going to go far in the business. Plus my niece, Christy Rhea, is making her mark at JLL in commercial real estate,” Lisa says. In her free time, Lisa has a passion for exercise, travel, and lake life. She and David live on the North Haven Trail, a location they’ve called home for around 20 years.
I really encourage everyone to find a mentor who cares about you — someone you can trust who can guide you. Also, get busy telling the world what you’re busy doing.
Leading the Way
As Lisa reflects on all of the winning matches she has put together through 20 years in the real estate industry, including two years at Coldwell Banker and 18 years with Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s, she shares ideas for those new REALTORS® who are just embarking on their own adventure. “I really encourage everyone to find a mentor who cares about you — someone you can trust who can guide

you. Also, get busy telling the world what you’re busy doing,” she says. “One important personal touch I believe in is sending information to your own neighborhood, giving your neighbors data they’d like to see, including their estimated property values. Plus, I tell everyone that you have to look at your hot sheets every day to stay up with what’s new in your neighborhood, as well as other neighborhoods.” Lisa builds with her best each day. As she does, it’s clear that she has found her passion—while she serves as a valuable resource and matchmaker for her clients. “I really enjoy educating my clients and helping them find the confidence that they’re making the right decision for them,” she says. “I love what I do.”

@realproducers
FAQs ABOUT THIS MAGAZINE Real Producers magazine started in Indianapolis in 2015 and is now in over 100 markets across the nation and spreading rapidly. Dallas Real Producers launched in May of 2019. Name a large city and we are there or will be soon! In every market, we take the Top 500 agents, based off of the MLS production, and we build an exclusive magazine around those agents. We share their stories, successes, market trends, upcoming events — really, anything that will connect, inform and inspire, we put in the monthly publication. We strive to inform and inspire the top-producing real estate agents in the local market and connect them socially. The secondary focus is to provide an avenue for our affiliate partners to create relationships with these top performers on a level that they might not be able to achieve on their own. Q: WHO RECEIVES DALLAS REAL PRODUCERS MAGAZINE? A: The top 500 agents South of 635 in Dallas County as well as Rockwall County. Approximately 20,000 agents are licensed in this territory. We cut the list off at #500, and the distribution was born. The 2020 Top 500 cutoff is $8.2 million. The list will reset at the end of every year and will continue to update annually. Q: WHAT ABOUT THE NORTH DFW AND FORT WORTH TERRITORIES? A: North DFW Real Producers launched in August of 2018 for the agents who are North of 635 (North tip of Dallas County, Collin County, and Denton County). Tarrant Real Producers launched March of 2021! Yes, Real Producers is covering the entire Metroplex! Q: WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR BEING FEATURED IN THIS MAGAZINE? A: It’s really simple — every feature you see has first been nominated. You can nominate other REALTORS®, affiliates, brokers, owners, or even yourself! Office leaders can also nominate REALTORS®. We will realproducersmag.com
consider anyone brought to our attention who is in the Top 500 because we don’t know everyone’s story, so we need your help to learn about them. A nomination currently looks like this: You email us at jordan.espeseth@realproducersmag.com with the subject line, “Nomination: (Name of Nominee).” Please explain why you are nominating them to be featured. It could be they have an amazing story that needs to be told — perhaps they overcame extreme obstacles, they are an exceptional leader, have the best customer service, or they give back to the community in a big way, etc. The next step is an interview with us to ensure it’s a good fit. If it all works out, then we put the wheels in motion for our writer to conduct an interview to write the article and for our photographers to schedule a photoshoot. Q: WHAT DOES IT COST A REALTOR®/ TEAM TO BE FEATURED? A: Zero, zilch, zippo, nada, nil. It costs nothing, my friends, so nominate away! We are not a pay-to-play model. We share real stories of real producers. Q: WHO ARE THE PREFERRED PARTNERS? A: Anyone listed as a “preferred partner” in the front of the magazine is a part of this community. They will have an ad in every issue of the magazine, attend our quarterly events, and be a part of our online community. We don’t just find these businesses off the street, nor do we work with all businesses that approach us. One of many of the top agents has recommended every single preferred partner you see in this publication. We won’t even meet with a business that has not been vetted by one of you and “stamped for approval,” in a sense. Our goal is to create a powerhouse network, not only for the best REALTORS® in the area but the best affiliates, as well, so we can grow stronger together. Q: HOW CAN I RECOMMEND A PREFERRED PARTNER? A: If you know and want to recommend a local business that works with top REALTORS®, please email us to let us know at jordan.espeseth@realproducersmag.com. Dallas Real Producers • 47
