What are the limits of your life? How have you defined what success looks like for you? As you think back through time, chances are very good that you have continuously reassessed your definition … in turn, expanding your view of what’s possible in your life. Luke Wiler is someone who represents the power of positivity and believing what the future can hold. Manifesting Results
As a REALTOR® with Designer Realty, Luke goes well above and beyond expectations in work and life for himself and for those around him. “I have an all-in mentality. I believe that if you aren’t giving 100 percent, someone else is,” he says with a spark. “With that in mind, I’m very goal-driven. I believe in the power of prayer and God. Your mouth is very powerful. I believe that you can have what you say you want.” Life hasn’t always been easy. Luke has faced significant challenges in life. “Everything I have I have worked for. I lost my dad when I was nine years old. My mom also had breast cancer,” he remembers. “When I was growing up, I moved a lot and was raised by my grandma from high school on. I had plenty of reasons to not go forward. But, I’ve always had that mentality that everything will be okay.”

Putting Others First
As Luke remembers, the thing that really changed the trajectory of his life was when he started to think about other people first.
trying out for the Dallas Cowboys. I gave her my business card. We talked, and I learned about her business background and mindset,” Luke says.
“When I really got plugged into our church and really knew what brotherhood was all about, it was very powerful. It has helped me, my wife, and our family. It’s a continuing thing. It’s a daily thing,” Luke says. “Every morning I pray for the armor to go on and help other people. I love what I do. Real estate is my favorite thing that I’ve ever done.”
“We had similar values in life, and it completely attracted me to her. I do everything with great faith that the outcome will be successful. I believe God’s plans are to prosper me. We brainstormed and came up with an idea for a 30-minute workout program that we called Pod Exercise. We ran that from 2014 to 2017. It was a group personal training concept, similar to F 45. We started from the ground up.”
Achieving the Vision
A big part of the satisfaction that Luke feels is about helping others achieve their vision of life. “I love being part of these big-magnitude moments. I thrive on it,” Luke says. “It means a lot that people trust me to deliver for them during those important times in their lives.” Luke moved to Texas in 2011 when he came here from Bowling Green State University in Ohio. “I came to Valley Ranch as a Trainer for 3,000 employees with Verizon corporate. It was a great job,” he says. At the same time, Luke always wanted to own his own gym. “I wanted to create a gym in an airport and call it Live Up. I was working at Gold’s Gym in Valley Ranch parttime. I saw Nadia… the woman who walked in… who would become my wife. I introduced myself. She was

Luke worked in the front of the business, while Nadia took care of the back of the house business aspects. The results were magical. In time, they grew to more than 300 members. Shifting Gears. Finding Success.
In 2017, they moved on, selling their business and moving into the wedding industry — as owners of Wiler Weddings. “We shot over 300 weddings all over the world (including 30 to 40 a year) and in remarkable locations like the South Pacific and Venice. We loved it. It was fun being able to capture and connect with their stories,” Luke says. “When COVID came, people started cancelling their weddings and we had a small team. So, we prayed about it. I had this idea that there was something else for me. Maybe videography wasn’t the end all. My buddy had told me I would be an awesome REALTOR®.”

Opening a New Door
In May 2020, Luke earned his license and began his real estate journey. In his first two weeks, he had four deals under contract. In the process, he fueled his business by incorporating his video talents. “I filmed homes and put my touch on that in real estate. I helped people with marketing and understand that we could portray a great video of their house on social media. Also, I would stand on the curb and hand out fliers to people who were stopped,” Luke remembers. “I had a big sign that would say who I was. I would reach out to everyone in my phone, too. I picked up the phone and called everyone in my phone book. I said if you are looking to buy or sell, please let me know. My first three deals came that way.” His results have been remarkable. In fact, he has ranked among the Top 10 REALTORS® in Frisco when it comes to the use of social media.

At the heart of life for Luke is his family. He and Nadia treasure time spent with their one-year-old daughter. They enjoy pouring their energy into Elevate Life Church, where Luke serves as a leader. He also enjoys exercise, paddle boarding, and spending time with family. He and Nadia support groups such as Melody of Hope, which spreads the word of Jesus through music. In all walks of life, Luke Wiler doesn’t wait for things to happen. He dives in, invests himself fully, and does his best to make others’ lives better. “I’m very transparent about how I like to live my life. Steve Henderson is owner/operator of First Choice Home Inspection. He and his wife, Jenny, have teamed up through life and business. “Prior to getting my home inspection license, I was a third-generation homebuilder in Abilene, Texas, building custom homes, spec homes, and more. I wanted something to fill in the peaks and valleys of construction. This is my 16th year in business with First Choice Home Inspection. My wife and I both got licensed at the same time. We took a chance on ourselves. She got a real estate license, and I got a home inspection license,” Steve remembers. “About six months after getting licensed for home inspections, I also got licensed as a REALTOR® so I could know what all areas of the transaction look like. I wanted to see where everything was coming from and also participate with my wife in my real estate ventures. We have been self-employed for the majority of our adult and teen lives. We spend most of our days together, and it is something we enjoy very much. In addition, my son is in school to get his home inspection license and will be part of the business as well. Our daughter is a loan processor.” Dedicated Drive
As Steve explains, he and his team are totally dedicated to providing the tools and a way of working that eases the way ahead. “Because of the way Jenny and I have worked together, it allowed me to see the struggles that real estate agents have when they get their inspection reports,” Steve says. “We offer software and reporting to help our REALTOR® partners, and the way we do business is centered around helping them navigate through that inspection process.” Adding Up the Advantages
One tool that agents get with First Choice Home Inspection that has been very popular is the Action List Publisher. “It allows them to simplify the creation of the repair amendment, which can otherwise be a long process,” Steve explains. “We provide that for all agents as part of every inspection. It allows them

to create a repair amendment in 5 to 10 minutes tops. It pulls information directly from our report, so it’s specific to each and every home.” Another key offering that makes a difference is Repair Pricer. “Our reports are sent to a third-party company. Within 24 hours, they take our report and price out what the repair costs look like,” Steve says. In addition, the speed that First Choice Home Inspection moves with is made for a quick turnaround timing. In fact, all inspection reports are expedited the same day that the inspection is done. On top of that, time is taken to go through the report with clients to make sure they have really good clarity on verbiage. “We also use a zip level as part of our process. Because of the area we live in, there is a history of foundation repair work that is needed. It’s the same tool that a foundation repair company uses, as well as structural engineers,” Steve points out. “It allows us to get accurate measurement readings on the foundation. It takes the guesswork out of it.” Another plus that you get when you work with First Choice Home Inspection is phase inspections. “When a person is having a new home built, we offer three phases. The first occurs before the foundation goes in during the Pre-Pour stage before the foundation walls are poured,” he says. “The second is during the Pre-Drywall stage to check all the electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural elements and then the Final Phase happens when the structure is complete.”

FAQ ABOUT THIS MAGAZINE
Real Producers magazine started in Indianapolis in 2015 and is now in over 100 markets across the nation and continues to spread rapidly. Real Producers first launched in DFW in August of 2018 with North DFW Real Producers (now called “North Dallas”). In May 2019 Dallas Real Producers launched and then Tarrant Real Producers in March of 2021. In 2022 Tarrant Real Producers split into two publications, North Fort Worth and Fort Worth Real Producers. Fort Worth Real Producers will go to print later this year. Q: WHO RECEIVES REAL PRODUCERS MAGAZINE? A: The top 500 real estate agents in each of the four markets in DFW based on their annual residential MLS sales volume for the previous year. If a deal is not recorded in the MLS we are unable to pull that data. Most agents produce 10-30% more than what the MLS shows. Refer to the map in this publication for the exact territories. If your broker address is within that given territory and you are in the top 500, then you will receive that publication for the year. There are approximately 60,000 licensed real estate agents in DFW. The list will reset at the end of every year and will continue to update annually. Q: WHAT IS THE GOAL OF THIS MAGAZINE? A: We believe that we are better together. When we surround ourselves with other successful, like-minded people, we grow to new heights. Real Producers is a platform the brings together the most elite individuals in DFW Real Estate. In every market, we take the Top 500 real estate agents, and RP Vetted Businesses, and we build an exclusive community around that group. We share their stories, successes, market trends, upcoming events — really, anything that will connect, inform and inspire, we put in our monthly publication. Q: DOES REAL PRODUCERS HAVE EVENTS? A: Yes! Each community will have two main events a year, and then we do a combined event at the end of the year, which is an awards gala called The ESPE’s. For these events, we invite the Top 500 real estate agents and our RP Vetted Businesses. Top 500 agents are allowed to invite members on their team as well. The desire to protect and help people is what first propelled Dustin to enter the roofing business.

In addition to quadrupling in size through time in the Dallas market, Results Roofing has also expanded its operations in Houston as well. Plus, the company has expanded to provide paintless dent repair for vehicles. “We are excited about what we call our Roofs to Rides scope of business,” Dustin explains. “It has been a rewarding new part of our business.”

Dustin brought a substantial record of results with him from another industry when he entered the roofing business. He was the President of a fitness company responsible for managing 30 gyms and 1,500 employees. He’s applied those same lessons learned to the work he and his team do today. “I had thought about a few ventures. At the time, one of my friends who owned a roofing company asked me to

come on board with him,” Dustin recalls. “That intrigued me. I realized I had visions and dreams of my own, and I had clear vision of what I wanted to do.” THE START OF SOMETHING SPECIAL
Dustin remembers the way Results Roofing was born. “I was looking at Facebook, and some memories were generated from the platform. As I looked back, the images I saw were about results. That was the common element,” he says. “And it wasn’t about money. It was about getting results for clients, as well as in life.” As Dustin says, each step represents a direction in life. “Everything we do is either moving us forward or backward. And I wanted to continue reaching results,” Dustin says. “I remember thinking about that as I was driving down the highway. It hit me immediately. I pulled over on the side of the road and drew out the logo and the name for Results Roofing.” A GROWING PRESENCE
Today, Results Roofing is a true team venture, with nearly 100 professionals located in offices here and in Houston, including senior management, project managers, staff, and crews. “I took a lot of the successful strategies from my past background and have applied them here, and it feels good to see the fact that we work as a well-oiled machine,” Dustin points out. “I’m not a boss in this business. I feel like I really work for our employees. I like being in the trenches with them. Getting out there with the guys is the best part of what we do. I love what we do. In fact, I’m obsessed with this.” WONDERFUL LIFE
Away from work, Dustin enjoys time with his wife, Albana, and their children — 5-year-old Conor and 2-year-old Kobe. And expecting Gianna in October. Dustin is a big collector of sports cards and sports memorabilia, too, especially for the Lakers and Dodgers. He also has a considerable collection of UFC memorabilia.

“I had a passion for teaching, and my husband at the time said I should look into being a REALTOR® because I loved the industry.” Lorraine ended up moving forward with the idea, earning her real estate license in 2015. “It just felt right getting my license. I started and have never looked back since,” she says with a smile. Lorraine’s efforts in life and business are fueled by her children. “Being a single mom, I have to provide for them. That is a motivating factor for me. I keep moving forward for them,” she says.

“Be persistent and do things outside the box. Don’t be just like other agents. It’s big to get out and meet people. Have coffee with people and get to know them and what they need. As a result, things will naturally come to you. Be true to who you are and run things in a way that stays true to who you are.”
“My passion through what I do is working with clients who are divorcing. It means a lot to me to be able to help people who are going through that difficult chapter in life,” she explains. Leading by Example

As a REALTOR®, Nikki and her husband, Louis, cherished sharing the same path in life and business as The DiBella Team with Compass. Louis remembers how they began working together. “I started in the business first, and then she joined me. She had been in advertising and marketing before selling digital and mobile advertising. Over time, she joined me. I had started in 2013, and then she joined a year or two later,” Louis recalls.
We worked out and trained together and also taught classes together. In fact, we met because of our shared interest in exercise. I met Nikki at Lifetime Fitness 16 years ago. Louis remembers with a smile.
“We were with the Cheney Group, and then about four years ago we broke out on our own, joined Compass, and have had our own team.” A Chance Meeting. A Life of Love.
In addition to being partners in life and business, Nikki and Louis shared a love for fitness. “We worked out and trained together and also taught classes together. In fact, we met because of our shared interest in exercise. I met Nikki at Lifetime Fitness 16 years ago,” Louis remembers with a smile.
“She was an avid dog lover. She also became vegan in the last five years. She poured herself into yoga and taught that,” Louis says. “She was always on a path of trying to improve herself. She was always about other people … always about helping and doing the right things for those around her.” The evidence of Nikki’s lasting impact through her life has been seen through the warm remembrances of those who knew her.
“She had moved here 14 years ago from Michigan. She taught cycling class, and that’s how I met her through that class. We both enjoyed what we did and having the chance to do it together. We were partners in business and marriage, and it was all based on a foundation of friendship.”
“We had a service at church here and then another service in Michigan. She was a runner and had a big community of friends there,” Louis says.
Louis smiles as he remembers the interests that Nikki had and the way she touched those around her.

What do the White House, Ben and Jerry’s, and John Deere websites have in common? They all have an accessibility statement — and yours should, too. When a website contains an accessibility statement, it demonstrates a commitment to providing an accessible website and, most importantly, provides a way to contact the website administrator if a user is unable to obtain content from the website due to a disability. It can also help prevent a lawsuit. Did you know ADA compliance is not limited to physical settings? Websites must ensure accessibility to not only create a more inclusive experience for visitors but also mitigate the risk of a legal challenge. Website accessibility barriers include, but are not limited to, poor color contract, use of color alone to give information, lack of text alternatives on images, no captions on videos, inaccessible online forms, and mouse-only navigation.[1] “Inaccessible web content means that people with disabilities are denied equal access to information. An inaccessible website can exclude people just as much as steps at an entrance to a physical location. Ensuring web accessibility for people with disabilities is a priority for the Department of Justice.”[2] The Department of Justice (DOJ) oversees the enforcement of the ADA, and requires electronic spaces be accessible, but has not yet issued any standards to guide compliance. Instead, the DOJ has allowed businesses to “choose how they will ensure that the programs, services, and goods they provide online are accessible to people with disabilities.”[3]

In the absence of official guidance, litigation related to web accessibility has skyrocketed, with a reported 177% increase in website accessibility lawsuits filed from 2017 to 2018, and a 131% increase in filings during the first quarter of 2019 as compared to the first quarter of 2018.[4] Your website is one of the most important business touchpoints to market yourself; don’t miss an opportunity to connect with a client due to oversight or neglect. Now is the perfect time to conduct an audit to assess your website’s accessibility and plan to improve areas that fall short, addressing the issues that have the greatest impact first. If you use a website provider, ask what steps they take to ensure your website is accessible to all abilities. You should also familiarize yourself with the accessibility standards adopted in the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) or hire an expert who is. NAR Legal experts cite “Although WCAG standards are not part of the ADA or its regulations, federal agencies have adopted the WCAG standards in conforming their own websites, and these guidelines are often cited by courts as the standard for website accessibility.”[5] If your website becomes the focus of an ADA complaint, NAR advises members to seek legal counsel and contact their insurance carrier. “At the time when I came to the U.S., the easiest way for me to make money was as a nail tech while going to college,” she remembers. “Eventually, I got promoted to be the manager of a salon. A few years later, I bought the shop.” TA KIN G A N E W PAT H
In time, Diana bought her own house through a wholesaler. “We lived there, renovated the place, and stayed there. After a year, we had an opportunity to buy another one. So we started to do some investing, and I got my license to help us during our investments,” Diana says. “Through time, people have said I have an entrepreneurial spirit. It felt natural for me to get into real estate in March 2014 to help people buy and sell and make their real estate dreams come true.” FA M ILY H IGH L I G H TS
The foundation in life for Diana is her family. “I have two little children. I really enjoy taking care of them and entertaining them. We like to go on vacation and get away from the city. We love to go to the beach,” Diana says. “My husband and I go hiking sometimes. We like to go boating, too.” T H E RE F OR T HE LO N G R U N
As Diana reflects on her work each day, she thinks about the difference that she is driven to make. One of her favorite parts of what she does is helping the investors who she works with.

“After they buy their first house, we continue to work with them. We also want to help them invest and buy more real estate. We want to help them build a passive income. When I work with a buyer or seller, I want them to be a forever client. We communicate with them through time and stay in touch with them,” Diana says. “A lot of my friends today are my past clients. Even long after the closing, my clients call and ask questions. Usually, it’s not real estate-related. The fact that they would call me and think of me as a resource for their questions makes me feel very good.” L E A D IN G T H E WAY
