Even before Jefferie started Elite Foundation Repairs, he had a wealth of experience in the industry. He has continued to grow and hone that expertise. In the process, he has also served as a Texas Real Estate Commission instructor.

“We have a smaller operation by choice, which allows us to be very customer focused and hands-on in ways that the big operations can’t,” he says.

Making it Easy

“Once we get a call, we schedule a time to look at the property. When we arrive, we assess the situation, and if a repair is needed, we can normally prepare a repair report on the spot— within 45 minutes,” Jefferie says. “During that time, it’s usually very helpful to have the client there, as well, so we can pass on information and answer any questions they may have directly.”

Fulfilling Life

Family time makes life richer for Jefferie, who looks forward to time with his wife, Kala, who is a Texas A&M graduate and also an Owner of the company.

Jefferie and Kala have two daughters — Joss and Liv. In his free time, Jefferie enjoys playing golf.
