LETTER FROM THE PRESIDENT
THE TEMPERATURE IS DROPPING but the NCBIA is Heating Up! We have officially made it to fall! You know what that means right? Sweater weather, pumpkin patches, and football! It also means that we are so close to our annual clambake! This is a fall favorite, and we were super sad that we had to cancel it last year! The flyer can be found later on in this newsletter so I would highly recommend you sign up for it! Bring your significant other, coworkers, or clients for a fun night out where you could even win some money! Now I would be remiss if I did not mention our Battle of the Builders softball game. We all know that this is my most favorite event of the year and this year was definitely the best one we have ever had! And I am not just saying that because my team won! Jon Sherer’s team put up one hell of a fight but in the end, team Majzun was victorious! It only took my team 5 years to take the W so I am 100% going to bask in this glory! All of the fantastic pictures from that day can be found later on in this newsletter! Maria Sabala, our NCBIA photographer, always does such a fantastic job of capturing the pure intensity and adrenaline that happens at this event and we are so lucky to have her!

The NCBIA is also looking to put on an education day at the end of this year. We are looking for members who think they might have a class or seminar they would like to share with our members. If you do please feel free to call my cell or email me and we can walk through some potential scenarios! We are open to any suggestions you might have! Or maybe you do not have a class to teach but there is something you would really be interested in learning about, such as a QuickBooks tutorial for example. Let us know what you are interested in and we will see what all we can add to this education day! Be sure to be on the lookout for more information on this! I absolutely love what I do with the North Coast Building Industry Association, and I am very pleased with how 2021 has turned out thus far! I am also very excited to announce that myself and my executive team of Tim King, John Toth, Melanie Stock, Mike Meszes, & Jeremy Vorndran will me staying in our same roles in 2022! We have accomplished some big things in 2021 and I am excited to see what else we will be cranking out the rest of this year and into the next! #TeamNCBIA
