Too Many Conversations About Materials Being Late? A Solution from the OHBA
Dear OHBA Members:
It seems like every time you turn around, there is another message that delivery times are out another eight weeks. Are you tired of telling clients that schedules are delayed AGAIN? While we can’t make materials appear overnight, there are steps builders and trade partners can take to keep business moving forward – even in challenging times.
Included with our partnership with SBGP, they have agreed to build the specific practices they have implemented for their clients into all of their Business Diagnostic & Plan of Actions (BPAs) for OHBA members through November 30th. The BPA gives you a detailed roadmap of the actions you need to take to make your business the best it can be in good times AND in the most challenging times.
SBGP works with hundreds of construction, plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, and HBA Associate businesses in 14 states. They have honed their skills as a private coaching company to help our members survive and thrive, ESPECIALLY in trying times like we are experiencing.
Since we anticipate an extremely high response for BPAs considering the current situation, the scheduling of these special BPAs will be first come, first served.
Our top goal at the OHBA is to help your businesses thrive. So, if you are yet to explore this OHBA member benefit, I’d highly recommend taking advantage of a BPA. If you haven’t yet built a plan to manage increasing delivery times and keep your business thriving, now is the time.
To take advantage of this member benefit, simply following the steps below. Thank you all for your support of the Ohio Home Builders Association, and thank you for the support of this valuable and popular Member Benefit.
Vincent J. Squillace, CAE Executive Vice President
