Broadened Coverage

This coverage helps if there’s damage to property used by you or your employees that belongs to someone else. It has a limit of $2,500 per occurrence, with a $100 deductible.

Builders Risk and Installation Floater

“Floater” coverage is for anything that oats, or moves from place to place — like your supplies and machinery. It also covers damage to the structures you’re working on, including scaffolding, foundations, and more. This has a limit of $5,000, with a $250 deductible.

Portable Tools

Coverage on your tools has a limit of $1,000 per tool, to a maximum of $2,500. It also has a $500 deductible.
