DONATE YOUR TICKETS BACK TO NCT
1. Access Ticketmaster Account Manager here
2.Click the “Manage Tickets” button and log in to your account to access your previously purchased tickets.
3.Once you’re logged in to your account, you’ll see your previously purchased tickets. Click on the show(s) to begin the ticket donation process.
4. Click “More”, and then “Donate” to begin the ticket donation process.
5.Select the tickets you wish to donate back to NC Theatre. You can “select all” or donate individual seats, then click “Continue”.
6. Select the “Ticket Donation” option under the charity drop down, then click “Continue”.
7. Review the donated tickets and make sure the information is correct, then click “Confirm”.
8. You’re all set! Your donated tickets will appear as “Donated”, confirming your donation. A tax letter will be delivered to the email associated with your account.
