IhavebeeninmypresenthomeinPortDoverfor 16years.IwasveryexcitedwhenIboughtitand ithasbeenawonderfulplacetolive.However,my circumstanceshavechanged,asaresultofJuta’s deathandthenmykneereplacements.My propertyisnotbeingmaintainedwellenough anymore,withgardensIdon’tunderstandand stepstoalowerlevelthatIhavegreatdifficulty negotiating.Simplyput,maintenanceismore challengingandtime-consumingthanitonce was. Besidesthatwork,thereismuchtobedonewith regardtoselectingandpurchasingwindows, flooring,cabinets,appliances,etc.Iamableto proceedatmycomfortlevel.Iamdetermined thatitwillallbeanadventure,notastressinducingnightmare.
