Hello Norfolk Christian Families! With the second quarter of 2026 - 2027 underway, we are already hard at work preparing for next school year. Norfolk Christian will reach a monumental milestone in the fall of 2027, our 75th anniversary! The more I learn about our rich history, the more deeply grateful I am to be part of this special celebration. God has blessed NCS beyond anything Dr. Dunlap could have imagined in 1952, and each of our students is part of that continuing legacy. We look forward to celebrating this moment with our entire community next year, and to seeing how God continues to use this wonderful place to equip ambassadors. This Continuous Enrollment Guide is designed to walk families through the continuous enrollment process for 2027 - 2028. Inside, you will find published tuition and fees for next year, along with all information related to the enrollment process, timeline, and deadlines. You’ll also find the finalized academic calendar for 2027 - 2028. It is our goal to constantly enhance the experience we offer at NCS, so I look forward to sharing some exciting improvements coming for next year in our spring State of the School address. CONTINUOUS ENROLLMENT CALENDAR Academic Year 2027 - 2028 November 2026 • November 1: Board-approved Tuition & Fee Rates released for 2027-2028. Online financial aid application opens for current families.
CONTINUOUS ENROLLMENT PROCESS • November 30: Financial Aid priority consideration for current families ends. December 2026 • December 1: Opt-Out period opens for 2027-2028
January 2027 • January 13: Opt-Out period closes for 2027-2028 All students who have not been opted out are enrolled for 2027-2028 and assessed the $125 per student enrollment fee. • January 14: Late Withdrawal fees begin Students withdrawn after being enrolled on January 13 will lose the per student enrollment fee and incur a fee of no less than $500 and up to the full amount of tuition, based on our Late Withdrawal Fee Schedule on page 6 of this booklet.
February 2027 • February 1: $ 125 per student enrollment fee withdrawn for first three children in each family. $ 56 annual admin fee withdrawn by Blackbaud Tuition Mgmt, one per family
March 2027 • March 31: Deadline to withdraw enrolled students without owing a portion of 2027-2028 tuition. Families who withdraw after March 31 will be responsible for 20% - 100% of the published 2027-2028 tuition for each withdrawn student, based on the Late Withdrawal Fee Schedule on page 6 of this booklet.
June 2027
• June 1: Pay in full due date to receive 2% tuition discount CONTINUOUS ENROLLMENT PROCESS

One yearbook per family is provided at no cost; additional yearbooks may be ordered through February 1.

Financial Aid Norfolk Christian has a Financial Aid program for families with demonstrated need; applications are confidential and reviewed by a third party. Financial Aid applications incur a $45 fee submitted directly to FACTS Financial Aid Management. Financial Aid applications open on November 1 for the following school year.
