As we begin the second quarter of the school year, we are already hard at work planning and preparing for 2026 - 2027. I am excited to tell you that interest in Norfolk Christian continues to spread through our local community and beyond - we have had more early applications this year than any year in recent history. Praise be to God! And thanks to each of you for sharing with your friends and family what makes NCS such a special place.
This guide will walk our families through the continuous enrollment process for 2026 - 2027, which begins in December of 2025. Inside, you will find published tuition and fees for next year, along with all information related to the enrollment process, timeline, and deadlines. You’ll also find the academic calendar for the 2026 - 2027 school year.
It is our goal to constantly enhance the experience we offer students at NCS, so I look forward to sharing some of the improvements we’re planning for next school year during the State of the School address in the spring. There are more great things to come!

CONTINUOUS ENROLLMENT CALENDAR
Academic Year 2026 - 2027
November 2025
• November 1: Board-approved Tuition & Fee Rates released for 2026 - 2027. Online financial aid application opens for current families.
CONTINUOUS ENROLLMENT PROCESS
• November 30: Financial Aid priority consideration for current families closes
December 2025
• December 15: Opt-out Period Opens for 2026 - 2027
January 2026
• January 15: Opt-Out period closes for 2026 - 2027
All students who have not been opted out are enrolled for 2026 - 2027 and assessed the $125 per student enrollment fee
• January 16: Late Withdrawal penalties begin
Students withdrawn after being enrolled will lose the per student enrollment fee and incur a penalty of no less than $500 and up to the full amount of tuition, based on our Late Withdrawal Fee Schedule on page 6 of this booklet.
February 2026
• February 1: $ 125 per student enrollment fee withdrawn for first three children in the family One-per-family $56 annual fee withdrawn by Blackbaud Tuition Management
March 2026
• March 31: Deadline to withdraw enrolled students with no tuition due. Students withdrawn after March 31 will be responsible for 20% - 100% of the published 2026-2027 tuition, based on the Late Withdrawal Fee Schedule on page 6 of this booklet.

Financial Aid
Norfolk Christian has a Financial Aid program for families with demonstrated need. Aid applications are confidential and reviewed by a third party. Financial Aid applications incur a $45 fee submitted directly to FACTS Financial Aid Management.
