04. Technical design phase.
After finalizing the design, we move into the technical design phase
At this stage, we collaborate with engineers and architects to create a comprehensive construction blueprint for the project
Our scope includes finish schedules, joinery designs, and a touch of refurbishment magic to add that special flair!
Throughout the project's hectic phases, we work closely with contractors, overseeing progress and addressing unforeseen obstacles with expertise.

05. Contractor selection & licenses
After finalizing the detailed design phase, the next step is to choose contractors and begin the renovation process!
Once the contractors are selected, a meeting will be arranged to discuss and clarify the scope of the renovation and pinpoint any specialized subcontracted tasks for the project
During this stage, we will also oversee the submission of all necessary renovation license paperwork to the municipality by the architects
07. Refurbishment
After completing the project, we transition into the exciting furbishment phase! Our team of handymen, electricians, and other experts go full steam ahead.
We unpack and assemble furniture, put up curtains, and arrange the lighting

The entrepreneurial spirit is strong in both of us. Behind us, we have several successful companies in interior and home design, and over the years we have built up a wealth of knowledge and experience in product development and purchasing of a wide range of products for the home and garden - across cultures and countries We have both lived abroad several times in New York, Thailand, Vietnam, Tunisia, Dubai and Singapore
Between us we speak English, Spanish, German, French, Thai and a little bit of Vietnamese
Together, we form a strong team that can keep many balls in the air while we lift and solve your renovation/interior design tasks across borders, languages and cultures
