Creating extraordinary experiences is at the heart of what we do, and working with DGI World Team has been no exception. Known for their professional and spectacular shows, the 14th team embarked on a remarkable Denmark Tour-and we were proud to be part of it.

As a total production partner, we played a key role in designing and executing 23 shows across the country. Our responsibilities included sound, lighting, AV equipment, transport, and staffing for setup and execution.

In 2024, Konsertsystemer LLB were part of an extraordinary event - at Telenor Arena, where our costumer hosted the largest seated 3-course dinner in Northern Europe, serving 9,000 employees. The arena was booked for over two weeks in preparation for this monumental occasion, which became the largest private event in Norway’s history.

The project included setting up 1,600 tables and employing 467 staff, including 25 technicians. Notably, it was the first time the L-Acoustics L2 system was used in Norway. With 795 lights installed and an impressive 180 m² LED screen enhancing the experience, the event was nothing short of spectacular.

For Brodie Sessions, we partnered closely with TAP1 to create an unforgettable production that captured the essence of this unique and intimate event. Our team delivered a full range of technical solutions, including lighting, sound, and video, all carefully designed to enhance the performances and atmosphere. The collaboration with TAP1 allowed us to seamlessly integrate our expertise with their exceptional venue setup, ensuring every element worked in harmony to create a truly immersive experience.

For a corporate event, we had the pleasure of delivering a complete production setup, including sound, lighting, and staging, to create a truly memorable evening.

Lighting and sound played a key role in setting the perfect mood, transforming the venue into a warm and inviting space where guests could celebrate and connect. By tailoring every element to the event’s theme, we helped turn the summer party into a magical experience for all attendees.

For this project, we provided full production (excluding the LED wall) for an impressive 740 attendees. Our team worked meticulously to create a flawless experience, from the main stage setup to the intricate audiovisual details, ensuring everything came together seamlessly for this exciting event.
