PRICES Recommended retail prices according to valid pricelist.
TERMS OF PAYMENT Prepayment or net 10-30 days after approved credit check.
Payment after due date: Statutory reminder fee and late payment interest are charged.
TERMS OF DELIVERY Sweden - Free freight for order value over SEK 4500. Order below SEK 4500is charged with 10% of the order value or min 200 SEK.
Norway - Free freight for order value over NOK 4500. Order below NOK 4500is charged with 10% of the order value or min NOK 200.
Denmark - Free freight for order value over DKK 4500 Order below DKK 4500 is charged with 10% of the order value or min DKK 200.
Rest of EU Mainland - Free freight for order value over EUR 2000. Order below EUR 2000 is charged with 10% of the order value or min EUR 30.
Rest of EU Islands, eg Balearics, Greece, Archepelago, Madeira etc. - Freight is charged with 15% of the order value, min EUR 45. Other countries - According to quote.
BACKORDER Backorders with a corresponding value of less than SEK 500 may not be delivered (without notice).
GOODS OR TRANSPORT DAMAGE Transport damage must be reported in two steps. First to the freight forwarder and then to Svanefors. This must be done immediately upon reciept of goods.
Complaints about the goods must be reported to Svanefors no later than 8 days after the goods have been received.
RESERVATION In the event of printing errors and possible price adjustments, Svanefors reserves the right to apply the new / correct price.
FORCE MAJEURE Svanefors disclaims any delays caused by circumstances beyond the control of Svanefors, for example; labor dispute, war, fire, changed government regulations, natural disasters and late shipments due to any possible reason.
