THE BEDFORD BY MARTHA STEWART AT PARIS LAS VEGAS
Designed to look like the global lifestyle icon’s famed country farmhouse, Martha Stewart’s first-ever restaurant lets guests experience what dinner would be like at her place in New York. Showcasing a mix of French-inspired cuisine alongside some of Stewart’s favorite recipes, the menu features such delightful dishes as the flavorful Steak Tartare and the juicy Whole Roast Chicken carved tableside to share. No visit is complete, though, without trying Big Martha’s Pierogis — impeccable potato-and-brown-butter pierogies made from a recipe by Stewart’s mother — and the Snoop Dogg-inspired Salty Dog cocktail made with Roku Gin and ruby red grapefruit juice. caesars. com/paris-las-vegas/restaurants/the-bedford

NELLIE’S SOUTHERN KITCHEN AT MGM GRAND
Celebrating the comfort food, hospitality and Southern charm of their family’s 1760s roots in North Carolina, this inviting restaurant from the Jonas Brothers (including Franklin) and their parents pays tribute to the musical trio’s great-grandmother, Nellie. Open for lunch and dinner, the eatery serves some of the best Southern cuisine on the Strip, from classic fare like Chicken and Dumplins to more unique dishes like the fried Southern Rolls stuffed with barbecue chicken, mac and cheese and drunken collard greens. NUSR-ET AT NEW YORK-NEW YORK HOTEL & CASINO
Far from all flash and no substance, this steakhouse from Turkish chef Nusret Gökçe — better known as Salt Bae — is setting the new gold standard for Strip restaurants. Although best-known for its 24-karat gold-coated menu items, including a whole rack of lamb, nothing at the exquisite eatery disappoints. Almost every dish on its lunch/dinner menu comes with an Instagram-worthy presentation, from the delectable Beef Carpaccio to the rich Nusret Special: Wagyu beef tenderloin sliced and griddled at your table on a hot plate with butter. Naturally, many of its dishes are seasoned tableside by the staff with Salt Bae’s signature flair, so be sure to have your camera ready! nusr-et.com.tr
