Join us to listen to suggestions and ask questions about staying grounded and safe during this unprecedented time. The NOMV website has a new resource available for international outreach!
The goal of the Outreach Project is to significantly reduce stigma around mental health in the veterinary field and make available resources widely known and readily accessible.
NOMV is excited to partner with Suveto for the second Let's Move Together Challenge! The goal is to engage in activities that improve wellbeing in the veterinary profession. For every activity logged, Suveto will make a donation to NOMV up to $10,000!
The challenge continues until May 31st, so there is still time to register!
The CLEAR Blueprint Program staff and volunteers would like to acknowledge the end of the academic year for our first two MSW Student Interns, Cassandra Walls and Neyva Hernandez!
In addition to their help supporting veterinary professionals, both Cassandra and Neyva helped lay the groundwork for future MSW student interns. We wish them continued success along their individual paths!

We are thrilled to introduce Cassiopeia Lee and Gabby Cadieux, the newest members on the NOMV Staff! Cassiopeia is joined our team in March as the Lifeboat and Resource Administrator. Gabby joined our team, also in March, as the Programs Assistant. Welcome to the team, Cassiopeia and Gabby!
A little bit about Cassiopeia (they/them/theirs):
In the late 20th century, Cass was born on the West Coast of the United States. They graduated from the University of California, Santa Cruz with a bachelor’s in Community Studies focusing on Health Justice. Cass joined NOMV in March 2023 after previously working as a public assistance caseworker. They enjoy a variety of enrichment activities such as cooking, gardening, and playing the guitar.
A little bit about Gabby (she/her/hers):
Gabby is a recent graduate from Bradley University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English-Creative Writing and a minor in Theatre Arts. Following her graduation, Gabby worked as an animal care specialist for 6 months while volunteering as a mental health presenter, which enhanced her interest for both areas. Since joining NOMV in March of 2023, Gabby is thrilled to be sharing her passion for mental health advocacy within the veterinary community as Programs Assistant.
