Hello, CLEAR Queue! Our intention for the CLEAR Blueprint program powered by Merck Animal Health is to provide high-touch support to you and your teams as you work to develop and maintain mentally healthy workplace cultures. To that end, we envision a community of CLEAR workplaces that share ideas and support each other. We also want this program to provide continuous value and relevance for your team even after you’re CLEAR Certified. Therefore, we developed a quarterly CLEAR newsletter that we hope becomes a space for updates, guest columns, activity recommendations, and more! We hope that this type of additional information will provide additional value to you and your teams.
Credentials for Clinic Advocates In addition to recognizing the collective efforts of the teams that develop and maintain mentally healthy workplace cultures, we also wanted to recognize the individual efforts of Clinic Advocates. We will be issuing individual digital credentials for acting in the role of Clinic Advocate for a team. These individual certificates can be added to LinkedIn or other social media platforms, and are verified through Badgr. Clinic Advocates should expect to receive their credentials in the coming weeks.
Our team recently met with our partners at Merck. We discussed the exciting interest generated by this program, and planned the best ways to harness that energy into program success. Our most recently revised timeline shows our team continuing to onboard and work with small cohorts of teams as they reach out to us, and targeting early 2023 for a fully publicized launch of the program. Merck is just as excited about this program as NOMV, and their support allows NOMV to create the best program possible!
Newly Certified Clinics We want to extend a hearty congratulations to our beta testers that achieved CLEAR Blueprint Certification! Our inaugural cohort of participating work places included eight teams that demonstrated mentally healthy workplace cultures. Please join us in congratulating the first veterinary teams to be CLEAR Blueprint Certified!
