“CLEAR Blueprint.. Highly Recommended” “As a small animal, privately-owned clinic, we are very aware of the emotional and mental effects our profession can have on a day to day basis for every person on our team. We found Clear Blueprint during COVID and their certification process has helped us identify and fine tune where we can have the most effect on morale and culture. Not just by giving a survey, but providing resources, tips and proven methods to continue to improve, seek feedback from those around us, improve communication and continue to grow in trying to provide a place that everyone enjoys working and feels supported in an industry that is becoming less personal. I am very grateful that NOMV and Clear Blueprint are there as a lifeline for those of us that need guidance, and highly recommended them to other clinics looking to improve culture!” - Dr. Aleisha Nesset, Owner of West Valley Pet Clinic
Certified Teams Congratulations to our most recent teams to certify through CLEAR Blueprint! These teams demonstrated mentally healthy workplace cultures through assessments completed by at least 80% of their paid staff members. We are so thrilled to continue working with these fantastic teams!

Learning Objectives Update Every module begins with a series of learning objectives. These are statements that identify the intended outcomes for your team’s learning and development through CLEAR. Following pedagogical best practices, these learning objectives are derived from our assessment questions. Teams that can confidently identify within themselves the skills and traits identified in the learning objectives are in great positions to score well on assessment. Learning objectives serve as guides that provide context for each subject to be explored. By starting with an awareness of what will be assessed, teams can evaluate the available resources. We encourage you to share these learning objectives with your team! Everyone’s experience will be a little bit different, and as a group you have the ability to engage with ideas more dynamically than as individuals. While the structure of our program has developed to include additional hands-on support, these materials maintain their original purpose of reference materials. They’re closer to an encyclopedia than a workbook. If you’re looking for a specific answer, our team is here to help! These resources can be really helpful in exploring some of the ideas and best practices surrounding veterinary wellbeing. At the end of each module, you will find a link to a Google Drive that contains links to printable copies of the resources. In those drives, you will also find sample activities that we call “lesson plans.” These are examples of some ways that you might engage your team in exploring the ideas and concepts related to wellbeing. If you have an idea that you’d like to share with us, please feel free to submit recommendations here!
