If you are interested in starting the certification process, contact us at clear@nomv.org to find out about next steps!
As we have developed this program, we wanted to create opportunities for teams of veterinary professionals to share their successes and strategies with others in the industry that share their commitment to being well.
Our first step towards that goal is to create an avenue for individuals to recommend resources to be included in the CLEAR Blueprint module library. Our resources include a wide range of media and materials, ranging from formal lectures and peerreviewed journal articles to team-building activities and continuing education. If there’s something you found relevant and useful in your own experiences, feel free to submit using the link above!
Please note, submissions for consideration will be reviewed bi-annually by NOMV staff and volunteers. Submission does not guarantee inclusion in public-facing CLEAR materials. This form is for members of the veterinary community to recommend resources to veterinary professionals participating in CLEAR Blueprint or other NOMV programs. This information will be kept anonymous (we are not collecting your name or email).
If you have any questions/concerns about this form, please email clear@nomv.org.
Congratulations to our most recent teams to certify through CLEAR Blueprint! These teams demonstrated mentally healthy workplace cultures through assessments completed by at least 80% of their paid staff members. We are so thrilled to continue working with these fantastic teams!

Journaling has shown to be good for our health as it can help us reduce stress and anxiety, achieve goals, gain self-confidence, and strengthen emotional functioning (Bailey, 2018). If sitting at a desk and writing something out on paper doesn’t appeal to you, you can use the notes app on your phone, or find something on the app store that can help create positive habits. However you choose to do it, journaling is an accessible and evidence-based strategy for managing stress and emotions. Below are some of our favorite prompts to get you started!
Appreciation: What are three good things that happened today, and how did you contribute to those successes?
Joy: List 10 things that make you smile. Can you think of 15? How about 20?!
Expression: What feelings do I need to release before I feel OK about going home?
