We use AI (with opt-in consent) to automatically analyse each re ection through the lens of Self-Determination Theory. We're currently capturing around 40 hours of qualitative video data every month — with no feedback form in sight.

Our use of digital stories improves outcomes for participants. Weekly video re ections sca old their own sense-making around what is happening in their lives. A select group of family members and key workers can witness and contribute to each session asynchronously, meaning the participant feels seen while perceptions, conversations, and outcomes around them are meaningfully shifted.

Everyone creates their own case study. Its sharing with trusted adults improves outcomes - while capturing qualitative data that is automatically reportable, at scale
