What’s the Opportunity? Noise Solution is o ering musicians the chance to take part in paid one-to-one Zoom conversations with fellow tutors. Conversations can happen every 6 months with the same or di erent musicians, depending on your choice. These peer conversations are designed to: •
Exchange practical approaches and techniques

Share and unpack session challenges
•
Re ect on practice and professional development
•
Build deeper connections across the tutor community
You'll be paid £20 per hour to participate in re ective, peer-led dialogue that enhances your practice and supports your development.
Why Now? This opportunity arises from recent conversations Joel conducted with seven musicians. A clear message emerged: •
Every tutor expressed a desire for more collaboration and interaction with peers

Tutors highlighted three main areas of interest: ◦
Technical (musical techniques and approaches)

Emotional (space to talk through session experiences)

How Does It Work? •
You’ll have a Zoom/Google meet/Teams conversation with another tutor

You can explore speci c challenges, successes, or general experiences
•
Conversations should refer back to Noise Solution’s training and re ective principles
•
Each participant is paid for their time
There is no heavy structure or admin – just genuine, useful, and supported professional exchange.
