Ticket Policy
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. If a show is rescheduled, postponed, or canceled, you are presented the option to exchange your tickets, transfer your ticket value to a gift card valid for up to five (5) years, or donate your ticket value to the Opera House.

When purchasing tickets online or by phone, a $7 per ticket facility fee and $5 per order handling fee will be charged. For orders placed in person at the Box Office, the $5 handling fee is waived. If you choose to have tickets delivered directly to your home, there is an additional $3 per order shipping fee.
Gift Cards
Guests may purchase gift cards through the Box Office or online at NewberryOperaHouse.com. Gift cards can be mailed, emailed, or even sent by text message as a gift to a third party. Gift cards have no cash value. They are valid for five (5) years from the date of issuance. A dormancy fee of $15 is levied when there is no activity in the previous 12-month period.

Admission
Seating begins 30 minutes prior to each performance. Should you need to contact us before that, the Box Office will be available by phone 3 hours before each show. Please enter through the door facing Memorial Park where tickets will be scanned. Late seating is subject to management's discretion.
