Area: 1,400 Sq.m. Location: Rama IX, Bangkok, Thailand
Noble nue district R9 is the condominium located on rama IX district with 2 tower. We were responsible for the 1st floor, 7th floor and the rooftop of both towers. Due to the depth of the land, the building’s shape is a quite long and narrow walkway. This condominium has large columns separating the space into smaller spaces, so we hide all of the columns by creating new curvy-shaped spaces.

This Penthouse is located on the top floor of Noble BE19 Condominium. The height of the ceiling is 6 meters, so the client decided to built the mezzanine to gain more area to create a study room as well as private living room.

Co-working Space
CENTRAL DUSIT PARK - OFFICE BUILDING

Area: 1,500 Sq.m.
Location: Bangkok, Thailand
This project is to design the common area for the office building located in one of the most prime areas in Bangkok. It consists of a co-working space, a cafe and two functionable rooms that can be rented for any event such as training, weddings or fashion shows.

Client: JASMINE INTERNATIONAL PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED

Location: BKK, Thailand
Company decides to renovated this floor from an office to be a conference zone. All of the wall and partition in this area was demolished except the chairman room on the upper right corner and the storage. They want to separated the area into two, one is meeting rooms and training rooms for conference zone and one is lounge for VIP zone.
THE 1 CARD OFFICE

Location: 15th Floor, ZEN Office Building, BKK, Thailand
The 1 Card office located on Rama IV. This small sized area needed five meeting rooms at the front of the office. There is also a secured area for the data analysis department since it contains confidential information. Due to small space, we proposed an open-plan style office space. Design concept is about the transparency and reflection of the materials.
BANGKOK BANK

Location: BKK, Thailand
BBL office located on Silom Road. They plan to renovate the 7th floor to be a new office with open-plan area and small co-working space in each corner of the building. Due to the large floor plan, planning and circulation is one of the most important things. We created core circulation with common areas surrounded. For the open-plan office, we need to reduce the noise as much as possible by adding both acoustic patterned ceiling and exposed ceiling.
BOL OFFICE - 28th Floor

Location: BKK, Thailand
BOL office located on Rama 3 . Since they plan to construct their own building within the next five years, this office is planned to be temporary. We proposed a simple design with graphics on the walls to create a nice atmosphere for a workspace while not going over budget. Moreover, we suggested to invest in movable furniture such as glass walls and doors so that they can easily move everything to their new office later.
OPENHOUSE - 6th Floor CENTRAL EMBASSY

OPEN HOUSE is a co-living space that restaurants, book shops and workshop spaces share the same area. It was designed by Tokyo-based Klein Dytham Architecture.
As a local interior designer, I produced criteria drawings for each tenant as well as checked if the tenants’ drawings matched the criteria. Finding out the materials, furnitures, and organization of space to match with the local people’s sense, was one of the challenges in this project.
ONE BANGKOK - R2

One Bangkok is a mixed-use building located on Wireless Road. As a local designer, I took responsibilities for R2 building which is designed by Singapore-based Lead8. After I discussed with client and Leasing team, we adjusted the plan and equivalent materials to match with both the design and budget.
Concept Solution Problem
Ladders Sneck-used to be a tool to teach Sikhism for children. We applied to teach basic art. The blank space is a showcase for children's art.
Due to the community conflict, art activities for children in the community center were canceled. To renovate this place, we used a color palette called “collective passion” to reunite people together at this place once again.
The target group of this condominium was young and professional people. How could the young be professional without practicing? In this multi-purpose room, they can practice their soft skills that they do not teach in school. Everything that happens in the workshop is for arts and crafts and photography. It was made for relaxing and improving their potential and to create a community for the residents.

A community center that is designed according to UD principles, for children, elderly, and disabled people to equally do activities together. We began with surveying community members' requirements and observing their spatial behavior Finally we can finalize function and design that responds to everyone's needs. Then the residents were invited to take part at every stage
