CancellationsbetweenMay1andMay29at4:30pmwillreceive50%refund,lessthe$75registrationfeeand$25 adminfeepercamper.
CancellationsafterMay29at4:30pmwillreceivenorefund.
INCLEMENTWEATHER AtNoblesvilleParks,thesafetyandwell-beingofourcampersandstaffareourtoppriorities.Intheeventof inclementweather,wehaveproceduresinplacetoensureasafeandenjoyableexperienceforeveryone.
Ifsevereweatherconditions(e.g.,thunderstorms,heavyrain,orextremeheat)areforecastedoroccurduring camphours,outdooractivitieswillbepostponed,canceled,orrelocatedindoors.
Camperswillstillparticipateinoutdooractivitiesduringlightrainorsporadicrainfall,aslongasconditionsare safe.Weencourageparents/guardianstodresstheirchildrenappropriatelyforsuchweather,includingraincoats orwaterproofjacketsandsturdyfootwear.
Inallcases,NoblesvilleParksandRecreationwilladheretotheHamiltonCountyEmergencyManagementAgency's recommendationsandprotocolstodetermineappropriateactionsforthesafetyofcampersandstaff.
CAMP INFORMATION FIELDTRIPSANDSPECIALEVENTS Allscheduledfieldtripsandspecialeventsaresubjecttochangebasedonavarietyoffactors,includingbutnot limitedtoweatherconditions,facilityavailability,transportationlimitations,andunforeseencircumstances.
Whilewestrivetoadheretotheplanneditinerary,adjustmentsmaybenecessary.Intheeventofaschedule change,wewillmakeeveryefforttoprovideadvancednoticeandcommunicatealternativearrangements promptly.Weappreciateyourunderstandingandflexibilityasweworktodeliverthebestpossibleexperience foreveryoneinvolved.
ESSENTIALELIGIBILITY CRITERIA Itisourdesiretopartnerwithparentsandtowork togethertodetermineifNoblesvilleParksand Recreation’sYouthProgramswillbeapositive experienceandissuitableforyourchildpriortotheir enrollment.Participantsmustbeingoodmental, emotional,andsocialhealthandmustbeable/willing tofollowallinstructionsandrefrainfrombehaviors thatposearisktoselforothers.NoblesvilleParks andRecreation’sYouthProgramsDONOTspecialize inservingthosewithspecialneeds,includingmental, emotional,socialorbehavioraldifficulties.
SCHOLARSHIPINFORMATION NoblesvilleParks&Recreationseekstoprovide opportunitiesforalltoparticipateinfull-daysummer campprogramsbyprovidingscholarshipstofamilies currentlyresidingintheCityofNoblesville.
