WEDNESDAY SEPTEMBER 6TH .
Experience a grand reception by the cit y ‘ s mayor or a delegation from the cit y government, with music and a magnificent parade through the streets of Imperia Gather in the late af ternoon with your stunning cars on the shimmering harbour promenade
Savour a flute of champagne as a warm welcome as you mingle with other guests and learn about the classic sailing yacht HALLOWE‘EN and its crew Get your curiosit y piqued for the days ahead
But that’s not all We want your arrival in Imperia to be as smooth and ef fortless as possible While you relax and soak in the stunning surroundings, we’ll take care of your luggage and handle the check-in process on your behalf

THURSDAY SEPTEMBER 7TH .
EXPLORE THE YACHT AND JOIN THE OPENING CEREMONY.
Get ready to set sail on an adventure like no other! After indulging in a delicious breakfast, you and the other guests will be whisked away to the marina. At the same time, your vehicles will be guarded.
As you board the classic sailing yacht HALLOWE’EN, you will be greeted by the boat and crew, who are eager to take you on an unforgettable journey. After a short safety briefing, you will cast off into the open sea and start training and handling exercises. Snacks and drinks will be provided to keep you fueled and refreshed.
As the sun sets and the yacht returns to the marina, there will be a toast to the experiences made and the thrilling adventures yet to come. But the excitement doesn’t stop there!
Today is also the day of the Vele d’Epoca di Imperia opening ceremony, where you will join other guests in a beautiful celebration on the shore. Surrounded by magnificent yachts, lively chatter, and the soothing sounds of live music, you’ll enjoy a feast for the senses, marking the start of an unforgettable week. Get ready to embark on a journey of a lifetime!
FRIDAY SEPTEMBER 8TH .
CAST OFF!
IT’S TIME FOR THE FIRST RACE.
Rise and shine, it’s race day! While you enjoy breakfast at our prestigious Hotel Rossini al Teatro****, the sun rises over the harbour It’s time to set sail and take on the first official race of the regat ta
Today, we’ll throw off the bowlines to conquer the regatta’s first race, and we will only stop once we cross the finish line! The competition will be fierce, but our determination and passion for the sport will carry us through. During an adrenaline-fueled race, we’ll be treated to an array of snacks and refreshments on board, allowing us to bask in the thrill and excitement of the day.
Back at the marina, we’ll raise a glass to our victories, toasting our success Before dinner, you have some free time to relax or explore the harbour, the cit y centre, or the nearby beach
Or rev the engine of your Maserati and embark on an exhilarating journey on the legendar y SS1 coastal road! Soak in the stunning views of the coastline as you speed towards the vibrant cit y of San Remo or the glitz and glamour of Monaco Feel the wind in your hair and the thrill of adventure as you cruise down this picturesque route So gear up, fasten your seatbelt, and hit the gas!

SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 9TH .
AFTER THE RACE, TAKE THE TIME TO EXPLORE THE BEAUTIFUL SURROUNDINGS.
After experiencing the electrifying thrill of the previous day, we will have slumbered soundly in our beds, rejuvenated and ready for the adventures that await us! As we have each morning, we will gather at 9 AM in the bustling marina and get HALLOWE’EN ready to take her at sea.
At the stroke of 11 AM, the second qualif ying test begins We will unleash all our strength and passion, fueled by the rush of adrenaline, as we navigate the open seas, pursuing our dreams and driving HALLOWE’EN to claim victor y
Again today, af ter the regat ta, there will be ample opportunit y to unwind, soak in the beaut y of our surroundings, and recharge for the next day’s excitement Either you hit the road again, go for a round of golf, or gather with the crew and other guests for a cosy dinner, where we will review the thrills and triumphs of the day
The grand finale of this unforget table day will be a breathtaking fireworks display, illuminating the sky with a brilliant kaleidoscope of colours We eagerly anticipate the showdown that awaits us the following day
SUNDAY SEPTEMBER 10TH .
THE LAST RACE. IT’S ALL OR NOTHING.
It is the last day of the competition, and the marina is abuzz with sailors preparing their boats for battle on the open sea. Our boat, HALLOWE’EN, built in 1926, is already impatiently pulling on her mooring lines, ready to face the competition.
As we leave the harbour, we’ll be surrounded by some of the most magnificent yachts in the race, each displaying its unique beaut y The race can begin, and the excitement is hard to beat! Today we will once again get ever y thing out of our HALLOWE’EN She masters this with bravura because, just like once the MaseratiBrothers built their cars, the legendar y William Fife built her for only one purpose, namely to win
As we return to the harbour, the cheering crowd can be heard in the distance Af ter a triumphant race, we’ll at tend the closing ceremony later in the evening, where the winners will be announced to thunderous applause
To celebrate our hard work and success, a fantastic dinner, live music, and an open-ended party await. You’ve earned it! Let’s make this a night to remember!
MONDAY SEPTEMBER 11TH .
IT‘S TIME TO SAY GOODBYE, AND UNTIL NEXT YEAR!
Leaving is never easy, but the memories we ’ ve created here will stay with us forever As we enjoy a delicious breakfast, we’ll reflect on the incredible memories we ’ ve shared - the thrilling races, the laughter, and the camaraderie
For those making their journey back home, we extend our best wishes for a safe return Our dedicated shuttle service will transport you back to the airport, if needed, with ample time to spare before your departure It was a privilege to have you on board We eagerly anticipate your presence at the next Vele d’Epoca or perhaps at the Monaco Classic Week 2024
