We are pacing very strong for Q1 and we look forward to sharing those quarterly results with you in April. Occupancy is high and we are seeing a slight increase in ADR compared to 2017. The most significant data to look at compared to last year, will be how the later part of the season turns out. As we know, the Spur flood followed by the power outage, had a great effect on revenue.

Since we anticipate no major issues this winter, we expect to see a strong Q1.
