GOLF Jack Nicklaus visited the course site on Saturday, April 15th. He gave his final approval on the back 9 holes, holes 10-18.

Here’s what’s happening now • They are now installing irrigations • We are creating the green complex (big deal must be just right) • The Shaper (artist on dozers) are shaping the front 9 holes, holes 1-9 Jack will be back to review 3-4 holes and approve the shaping. The process will start again until he puts his final approval on the front nine, the driving range, and finally the entire course.

CLUBHOUSE The clubhouse is soon to be a luxurious reality!

• We started construction on Monday, April 24th • The land has been cleared and we are going to start adding the footer for the foundation More updates to come as this exciting new addition is underway.

HOTEL The 150 room resort has been planned out, and is in its early stages of approvals.

• Hotel plans are in the permitting process • Interior and landscape design are also submitted for city approval The resort will feature zero entry pools, an expansive spa and epicurean restaurant.

DEVELOPMENT The residences at Banyan Cay are proving to be a desirable location to call home.

• So far, 98 homes have been sold to Sobel Co. The custom built, stylish and state-of-the-art homes will be the perfect abode for downtown professionals, the westerners who desire to relocate eat, and sun seekers alike.
