Better Than Sweating and Grunting On a Treadmill
Sport When an high jumper, or a runner or gymnast performs the actions can be described and with some art some style more than the physical action may be noted. You may refer to grace and even use some poetic lines to get across the beauty and accomplishment. You may speak of movement and its resonance. However in the contest eventually there will be those who are rated number 1 and the rest pushed into lower places. All will have had the sense of beauty and movement you described but it will be the winning performance that receives accolades. The graceful movement of the others falls to the wayside often amongst tears
