Introduction
The North Feltham Trading Estate is one of the largest trading estates in the South East. It is home to numerous businesses, with many devoted to providing services to nearby Heathrow Airport. The estate streets are lined with greenery. There are large trees fronting the roadways of many buildings on the estate. Central Way is a prominent way through the middle of the Estate, an avenue to rival many business avenues

The Estate Here there are not only the wonders of nature in the heaths, the woods and the streams, but also in the man made wonders of buildings, factories and industries. The whole world is here in so many ways with a combination of many useful activities and happenings. There is an abundance of technology, skill and innovation in and about and all around the Estate The estate is a vibrant place of effort and initiative. The planes and the trucks and the lorries roll in from all over the the world and packages are landed and loaded, unpacked and packed, sorted and allocated, delivered and forwarded. This is one of the largest trading estates in the South East.

Feltham is a part of a vibrant and commercial community where internationally and nationally renowned blue-chip companies work alongside small to medium sized enterprises, surrounded by thriving residential suburbs of skilled and educated workers and affluent consumers There are several industrial and trading estates in the vicinity. These have national and international businesses. The whole area as one might expect near a major airport has many areas of warehousing and trading spaces and places.

and weirs, with a large hidden reservoir brushing the trees on one corner and just across the road, a pretty golf course, alongside vast wonderful heaths, with amazing views and precious wildlife. The fresh air from the woods, rivers, reservoirs and heaths maintains the fresh and clean atmosphere of the Estate . A refreshing walk through nature so near, can bring a welcome distraction from the working day.

The Estate has good access to the motorway network with the M3, just a mile away and M4, 2miles away, with the M25 just over three miles distance. The Estate is well served by other major roads with quick and easy access to Central London and most of Britain.

RAIL Feltham Mainline Station just a mile away, provides a frequent service to London Waterloo taking only 30 minutes
UNDERGROUND The Underground network is easily accessible with Hatton Cross Station on the Piccadilly Line being within walking distance of the Estate. The Piccadilly Line delivers you into the heart of London in just over an hour, with no transfers. The line up to Hammersmith is overground so you can take in the views of West London pleasantly passing by

There are grocery, off-licence and newsagent shops on some of the nearby corner roads of the Estate The Estate is very fortunate to have a large Tesco located right opposite it’s main entrance. A superstore where we can buy most useful things at a reasonable price, any time day or night, its doors are open and welcoming. Tesco is our corner shop on a grand scale. Every little helps and this store is a lot that helps us and us it.

Central Way Cafe This is the hub of the estate, where people gather most of the daytime. Here the engineers, the technicians, the packers and the loaders, the managers and some owners, feast and replenish themselves for the work ahead. River Thames The Estate has quick and easy access to several bends of the winding Thames as it flows from Isleworth to Windsor and beyond. A short journey soon brings you to the graciously flowing beauty of this enchanting river, The pubs nestling on the banks of the river, good food and cheer, a short walk through cobblestone narrow streets, an air of preciousness, the radiant river flowing by and the people along the bank going with the flow, So many picturesque places to explore and all the while you are not far away from comfort and convenience.

Attractions The bazaars and the malls and the hotels, walks, woods, rivers , stream, lakes , gardens, parks, royal parks, palaces, airports, planes, boats , cruisers, golfing green heathland rambles, wildlife and human life, also the contrasting areas nearby. This whole place and the area within ten miles around and about is outstanding and awesome, in the richness of its beauty and so many places with picture postcard names, with the look and the feel to go with that.
All the more enchanting as this is not in the middle of nowhere, but about 25 minutes from Central London. The proximity of Central London adds to the richness of the place and makes you appreciate the setting more deeply

Twickenham The River Thames flows in a wonderful setting at Twickenham. The walk along the riverbank from Twickenham to Richmond is filled with pleasant views and awesome vistas. You are walking on the waters edge, in a serene and fresh atmosphere. Twickenham has many shops and restaurants however just short stroll away and you discover the banks of the river, where the air is calm and the people are friendly. Just over 3 miles from the Estate taking about 10 minutes by car.

The quaint shopping walk that is Church Street. Brimming with boutiques and restaurants. During the summer on several days a week the street is closed to cars in the evenings. The restaurants lay out their tables in the open air and people eat and drink in a festive and fun setting.

eel pie island You can cross over the footbridge onto Eel Pie Island, where rock gods performed many years ago and discover there now a quiet peaceful secluded community

york house As you walk and explore, you come to the Riverside Gardens of York House, where there are statues of water nymphs set around a fountain. A small road bridge lets you cross over into York House where you are met with a sunken garden, which is a rare sight. Just over the wall you can sit and relax next to a small pond in a Zen setting York House is now the office and chamber of Richmond upon Thames Council. In the past it was owned by a succession of aristocrats, the pretender to the French throne, Phillipe comte de Paris and later by Sir Ratan Tata the Indian merchant prince.

Cafe at the Walled Garden
Sunbury Right at the waters edge, where there are never too many people. Sunbury has the feel of what you would expect an English Village to have, and you turn a corner and are overtaken by the breathtaking vista of the Thames that opens up in front of you. The Three Fishes in Green Street is one of the oldest pubs in Surrey, thought to date back to the 16th century. The Walled Garden also hosts annual concerts and plays in the summer months. Sunbury is just over three miles from the Estate

Hampton Court Palace Hampton Court Palace is well known but few people walk along its southern banks, where there are pleasant locks and flowing weirs and you can sit and relax soaking in the river mood. Hampton is just over three miles from the Estate
Staines on Thames Staines was last year renamed Staines on Thames and has a large shopping center as well as a whole complex of shops, bars and restaurants. The bridge crosses over the Thames and There is a wonderful pub called the Swan on the waters edge. Opposite on the river bank is Jimmys, part of a chain of buffet restaurants, a place where the feast will satisfy the most gargantuan of appetites.

Penton Hook Marina Set in 80 acres and with 575 berths, Penton Hook is Britain's largest inland marina. It is situated on one of the loveliest reaches of the River Thames, close to the Chertsey and about a mile downstream from Runnymede where King John signed the Magna Carta.
